Beneath the Wooden Box, there was a large hidden entrance, slightly smaller than the box itself, and square in shape. When everyone saw this tunnel-like entrance, expressions of surprise appeared on their faces. I was excited as well; I knew that this Large Wooden Box hadn't been placed here for no reason. 0

I shone my Underwater Light inside, but the dark layer was deep, and the light couldn't reveal the environment within. Just as I was about to investigate further, a large burst of bubbles suddenly erupted from the entrance of the dark layer. I quickly dodged aside; that big bubble nearly sprayed me in the face. 0

The others hurriedly scattered as well. Bubbles gurgled out from the entrance for about a minute before they slowly dissipated, restoring the calm that had been there moments before. 0

I glanced at Jiao Ba, who shook his head at me. I gestured to Mai Lao, asking, 'Should we go down?' 0

After staring at the entrance for a few seconds, Mai Lao signaled back, 'Let's go down.' 0

Jiao Ba took the lead and entered the passage first, followed closely by Mai Lao and me. The others soon followed suit. Below the entrance was a narrow Passage, so tight that only one person could pass through at a time. We lined up in single file, each of us following the other into the depths. 0

Not long after we started moving, Jiao Ba suddenly stopped. I wasn't sure what had happened ahead; it seemed like we had reached an end. Jiao Ba turned around and shook his head at me. I directed my Underwater Light forward and saw a wooden door in front of him—a very ordinary wooden door that was almost level with the Passage. There was indeed something suspicious here. 0

The lock on the wooden door was missing, and the handle appeared somewhat deformed, suggesting it had been pried open before. Coupled with various signs we had observed earlier, I concluded that someone had definitely entered this Wreck before us. 0

Perhaps opening this door would confirm whether my suspicions were right or wrong. But what lay behind it? Was it priceless treasure or some evil creature like a Sting Horse Colt? That would depend on our luck; our success or failure hinged entirely on this moment. 0

I quickly gestured to Jiao Ba, 'Open it; let's go inside.' 0

Jiao Ba nodded and turned back to try opening the wooden door. However, after several attempts, he still couldn't get it open. The door seemed very tight—much tighter than other ship Hatchs. Watching him struggle from behind made me anxious; since I couldn't get past him, I couldn't help at all. 0

Jiao Ba struggled for a long time in front of the wooden door but still couldn't get it open. He turned to me and gestured, "I can't open it. What should we do?" 0

I felt a bit anxious too. Using the light, I looked up and noticed that while there were no gaps on the sides, there was still some space above, enough for a person to fit through horizontally. I quickly got up and maneuvered to Jiao Ba's head, pulling out my Paratrooper Knife and wedging it forcefully at the top of the wooden door while Jiao Ba secured the middle. 0

I nodded at him, and then we both began to exert force simultaneously. I shouted loudly, and my Breathing Apparatus bubbled as we pushed with all our might. To our surprise, we managed to pry the heavy wooden door open. Once it swung wide, I realized just how thick it was—an astonishing ten centimeters—no wonder it was so heavy. 0

As soon as the door opened, a slight cold draft rushed out. It wasn't urgent or fast, but I could distinctly feel its temperature; it was the coldest I had ever encountered. For a brief moment, I felt as if I were frozen, unable to move even my fingers. However, a few seconds later, that sensation faded away along with the cold draft. 0

Jiao Ba was pulled back by Mai Lao, while I floated at the top of the door. The three of us in front kept our Underwater Light aimed at the doorway. Inside was pitch black; our lights barely illuminated the entrance. 0

After waiting for a minute, Mai Lao signaled for us to enter. I was the first to swim inside, moving directly from above into the darkness. Mai Lao and the others quickly followed suit. Once we were all inside, the powerful beam of light revealed a scene that left me stunned—almost terrified. 0

Inside was like a hellish nightmare; the entire cabin was filled with human Bones, piled high like small mountains. There were at least hundreds of bodies corroded by seawater, most reduced to skeletons, making it hard to discern their era. Their clothing had almost completely decayed as well. Scattered across the floor were various weapons—daggers and hooks—suggesting there had been some sort of struggle here. 0

We exchanged glances, each face reflecting varying degrees of fear. How could so many people have died here? No wonder there wasn't a single soul left in any of the cabins; it seemed everyone from the entire Wreck had been buried here. But why did they all die in the same place? That was what puzzled me most. 0

I took a deep breath to steady myself, trying to remain calm despite my racing heart. After several deep breaths, I attempted to regain my composure. Although we had encountered many strange events along our journey, this scene was far more unsettling than anything we had faced before—the atmosphere felt like a mass grave. A powerful sense of death seemed to permeate the air. 0

I glanced at Mai Lao, gesturing to ask, "How could this happen?" 0

Mai Lao, holding his Underwater Light, was observing his surroundings intently. He gestured back at me lightly and said, "It's very strange." 0

That was an understatement; I already knew it was strange without him saying so. The entire Wreck contained nothing but Bones, and in large quantities at that—it would be odd if it weren't strange. The area was quite expansive too, roughly equivalent to a basketball court. Looking at all those Bones, my scalp tingled with unease. 0

Mai Lao signaled for everyone to spread out and carefully search the area, hoping to find something valuable. The seven of us immediately dispersed, but Li Xin kept following closely behind me. I wasn't sure if she was scared or just wanted to stay near, but I didn't ask. If she wanted to stick around, that was fine by me. 0

I rummaged through the debris for a while but found nothing of value. Frustrated, I refused to believe there were no clues to be found. I picked up a spear and began to poke through the bones scattered around. Many of the bones crumbled at my touch due to the long-term corrosion from seawater. 0

Suddenly, Li Xin tapped me on the shoulder. I turned to look at her, and she gestured for me to stop what I was doing. She seemed to imply that my actions were disrespectful to the dead, suggesting we shouldn't disturb their bones and should let them rest in peace. 0

I shot her a glance, too annoyed to engage in a discussion. If I didn’t do this, how would I find any clues? Besides, these people were already dead; what did it matter if they rested quietly? Ignoring her, I continued my search. Amidst my relentless digging, something finally caught my eye—a glimmering object among the bones. It appeared to be an oxygen tank. 0

Despite being covered in green growth, I recognized it immediately. To confirm my suspicion, I quickly picked it up and wiped off some of the surrounding debris. My judgment was correct; it was indeed an oxygen tank. But how could a modern oxygen tank be found in an ancient wreck? 0

When Li Xin saw the oxygen tank in my hands, her expression shifted to one of surprise. I tossed it to her casually and resumed my search in the area. As I sifted through the remains quickly, another object caught my attention and startled me—it was a severed arm, specifically a small arm. While severed limbs weren't particularly shocking in this context, what made it remarkable was that this severed arm was wearing a diver's suit… 0
