Leo hid in the deepest part of the dark alley, holding onto the tattered box filled with his past memories. His body leaned weakly against the cold, damp wall. In this corner abandoned by the world, he felt a deep sense of despair and loneliness. Every person in the alley seemed like discarded refuse of life, each with their own story, each avoiding their own reality. 0

These wanderers, like Leo, no longer had hope in their eyes, only deep despair and endless confusion. Some of them would occasionally sigh softly, while others gazed quietly ahead, as if recalling past moments of glory or silently enduring the cruelty of reality. 0

Leo looked up and gazed at the dim sky, where there were no stars, no moon, only hazy mist and distant city lights. He felt like a shadow in this dark alley, forgotten by the world, abandoned by fate. He used to be a hero of the Interstellar Federation, a warrior on the battlefield, but now he was just a nameless wanderer, a person who had lost everything. 0

Leo's heart was filled with endless pain and indignation. He had shed blood for the Interstellar Federation, only to be treated in such a way by the same federation. His loyalty and sacrifice had ultimately only resulted in betrayal and abandonment. He couldn't understand why fate was so cruel to him, why his efforts and struggles had ultimately been in vain. 0

In this dark alley, Leo feels his soul slowly dying. His beliefs, his ideals, his dreams, all seem unreachable at this moment. He no longer anticipates the future, no longer desires to start over, just wanting to quietly wait for his end in this unknown corner. 0

Holding onto a cardboard box, Leo closes his eyes, letting the cold wind blow over his weary body. His heart is empty, filled only with endless despair and darkness. In this merciless world, he can no longer find his place, nor can he find the path back to the light. 0

In the dim alley, Leo curled up quietly, his mind wandering through countless shattered memories. The fragments of memory flashed back one after another, constantly circling in his mind, making it impossible for him to escape or forget. 0

He recalled the battles at Four Minnow Star, every explosion, every gunshot etched into his memory. He saw himself fighting side by side with his comrades, feeling the camaraderie of life and death. In the smoke and fire, their figures reflected each other's determination and bravery. 0

Then the scene switched to the most painful moment, where he saw Mike standing in front of a huge insect nest monster, holding a plasma grenade in his hand. In that decisive moment, a hint of madness and despair appeared on Mike's face, and his voice echoed in Leo's ears: "This is for you, you bastard!" Then a deafening explosion, and a huge fireball consumed everything. 0

Leo's heart was filled with pain and regret, unable to forget the look in Mike's eyes in his final moments, a kind of determination and courage that transcended life and death. He felt his soul being torn apart, unable to accept such sacrifice and loss. 0

Then, the scene suddenly switched, and he found himself standing in the courtroom of the "Last Guardian" ship, facing the three merciless judges. He heard the judges' cold voices pronouncing the verdict, feeling the anger and powerlessness within himself. He saw himself being handcuffed and taken away from the courtroom, the endless humiliation and despair weighing heavily on his heart. 0

These memory fragments intertwined, weaving a web of pain in his mind. Each memory felt like a sharp thorn deeply piercing his heart. He felt trapped in this endless sadness and pain, unable to break free, unable to find release. 0

Leo suddenly screamed and woke up in the dim alley. His scream pierced the silence of the night, drawing surprised and wary glances from the homeless people huddled in the corners around him. Leo gasped for breath, feeling his forehead and spine drenched in cold sweat. 0

His eyes wandered blankly under the dim streetlight, as if searching for a lost fragment in those fragmented memories. The indescribable sense of loss in his heart made him unbearably miserable, as if a part of him had been permanently taken away, leaving only pain and confusion. 0

Four Minnow Star The war on the high seas, the trial in the courtroom, and Mike's final sacrifice replayed in his mind incessantly, like an unstoppable nightmare, leaving him with no escape. He gritted his teeth, trying to suppress those suffocating memories, but they were like uncontrollable beasts, raging relentlessly in his mind. 0

Leo's body trembled as he felt like he had fallen into a bottomless black hole, surrounded only by echoes of pain and despair. Those memories were like sharp blades, constantly tearing at his heart. He doubted his existence, doubted everything in the past, and even doubted if there was any hope for the future. 0

In the dim alley, as Leo's thoughts were in turmoil, a group of thugs appeared in the distance. They were dressed in tattered clothes, stumbling along and exuding a sinister aura. As they walked, they loudly jeered and mocked the homeless men on the ground. 0

Leo's nerves tensed as he sensed a dangerous air emanating from the group. Their eyes flickered with greed and malice, as if they were seeking their next target. Though exhausted in body and mind, Leo's intuition told him that these people were definitely not a good sign. 0

The homeless men tried to avoid the gangsters, their eyes filled with fear and helplessness. Some lowered their heads, trying to appear more humble to avoid trouble. But the gangsters seemed more excited, weaving among the homeless, pushing and shoving, and some even started picking up stones and trash to throw at the homeless. 0

Leo took a deep breath, knowing he was in a desperate situation, but his instincts were telling him to be wary of this sudden danger. He tightly held onto the cardboard box, pressing his body against the wall, trying to make himself as inconspicuous as possible. 0

The behavior of these hooligans is becoming more and more excessive, their laughter and insults filling the entire alley. Leo feels the anger in his heart gradually building up, but he knows that he is unable to confront these people at the moment. He can only silently hope that all of this will end soon, and that these innocent vagrants will be safe and sound. 0
