Aidan suddenly woke up from his dream, unable to fully distinguish between reality and the dream for a moment. He found himself lying on his own bed on The Wanderer, drenched in cold sweat, with his heart pounding as if it wanted to leap out of his chest. His mind was in chaos, unable to differentiate between the desolate desert in his dream and the present reality. The feeling in the dream was unusually real; he could even feel the sand in his mouth and the sense of helplessness and panic when suffocating. 0

Aidan tried to stand up but found his legs almost completely numb. He used his hands to support himself on the edge of the bed, attempting to stand again, but his body seemed completely unresponsive. He staggered forward and eventually fell heavily onto the cold, hard floor. The chill of the floor penetrated his skin, making him feel more awake, but the unease and panic in his heart remained unabated. 0

After lying on the floor for a while, Aidan finally regained some feeling in his legs. He struggled to support his body and slowly made his way to the bathroom. Each step required tremendous effort, as if his legs were being crushed by a heavy weight. 0

Aidan turned on the tap, and cold water gushed out. He gulped down the water, each sip feeling like it was washing away his inner anxiety and fear. His throat felt relieved, but the unease in his heart was like an unstoppable flood. 0

Aidan Letting the cold water continuously wash his face, hoping that this can dispel the shadows in his dreams. But the desert in the dream, the mysterious silver pyramid, the relentless sand and the piercing thunder still echoed in his mind. He couldn't forget that suffocating feeling, that helpless and lonely fear. 0

Aidan felt a bit bewildered, not knowing if this dream was a premonition of something, or just a reflection of his inner panic and uncertainty. His thoughts wandered between the desert and the pyramid, searching for the answer to the unsolved mystery in his dreams. The images of the dream were still vivid, the unknown power and mysterious allure made him feel both scared and fascinated. 0

Aidan tightly grasped the sink, his hands trembling in the flowing water, as if trying to grasp something to confirm that he was still in reality. He kept drinking water, each sip feeling like washing away the panic and exhaustion from the dream. When he started to feel a little better, he lifted his head and gazed at his reflection in the mirror. 0

The Aidan in the mirror looked disheveled, with a haggard appearance, his eyes flashing with the confusion and unease of just waking from a nightmare. His gaze revealed chaos and searching, as if seeking a shred of self-assurance and comfort. 0

Aidan Gently lifted a handful of water, trying to wash his face, hoping to dispel the shadow of the dream. When the cold water touched his face, a sudden stinging sensation made him involuntarily shrink his hand. The stinging sensation seemed to take him back to the desert in the dream, feeling the pain of the sand tearing at his face. 0

Aidan groaned in pain, but the sensation almost instantly disappeared, as if it had never happened. This sudden change left him confused and surprised, unsure whether this was reality or an extension of the dream. 0

He stood there, the water droplets in his hand falling back into the sink, making a crisp sound. Aidan's gaze wandered in confusion in the mirror, as he tried to understand the significance of the moment just now. He took a deep breath, trying to pull himself back from the emotional turmoil and regain stability. 0

Aidan stood in front of the sink, letting the water droplets on his face slowly slide along his contours. His eyes reflected deep contemplation, as if trying to find answers from the recent dream. Slowly, he reached for a towel and began to vigorously wipe his face. 0

The rough fibers of the towel rubbed against his face, bringing a strong sensation of irritation. Aidan rubbed almost forcefully, causing his face to slowly turn red, even feeling a bit painful. But for him, this kind of stimulation actually helped him detach from the confusion brought by the dream. He needed this sensation to confirm that he was still in reality. 0

Aidan slowly put down the towel, his face still maintaining a slight blush from the intense rubbing. He gazed deeply into the mirror, looking at his slightly pale face due to fatigue. In this quiet night, the reflection in the mirror seemed to carry a unique resilience, which brought him a sense of inexplicable comfort. 0

Feeling his breath gradually becoming steady. With each deep breath, he could feel the cold air passing through his windpipe, bringing a refreshing sensation. He closed his eyes, focusing on his breath, trying to separate the recent dream from reality. 0

Aidan walked heavily back to the bedside, each movement accompanied by the weight of exhaustion and thoughts. He sat down quietly, gazing into the distance, pondering the chaotic and eerie dream he just had. The desolation of the desert, the shimmering silver pyramid, the raging sandstorm, and the mysterious orbs attempting to communicate with him—all seemed closely linked to that enigmatic box. 0

In his mind, the information interpreted by Violet - "Forgotten City." - kept echoing. Could the pyramid in that dream be a metaphor or omen for the "Forgotten City"? Aidan felt confused, as every scene in the dream was so vivid and symbolic, he couldn't help but be deeply immersed and unable to extricate himself. 0

He pondered the possible connections between the dream and reality, and what significance all of this might have for the exploration they were about to embark on. Did the desolate desert foreshadow the difficulties and dangers they were about to face? And did those mysterious orbs of light imply that they would discover some unimaginable truths? 0

Aidan's heart is filled with countless question marks, and every thought is like tracing the trajectory of stars in the boundless universe. He knows that this dream may only be his subconscious reaction to the upcoming adventure, but he cannot completely rule out hidden meanings. He decides to record all of this, perhaps in future journeys, these fragments will gradually piece together a true picture. 0
