After spending a wonderful time together, Gu Jincheng and Lin Shiyong decided to participate in a celebration of a traditional festival. This event was not only an exploration of each other's cultures but also a deepening of their relationship.

Lin Shiyong embraced Gu Jincheng and whispered, "Look, our lanterns are shining. It's as if they're saying that no matter how dark the road ahead may be, as long as there is light, we can bravely move forward."
Gu Jincheng looked at the scene before him, filled with emotion. "Yes, Shiyong, with you here, every holiday becomes special."
The celebration of the festival not only allowed Gu Jincheng to gain a deeper understanding of Lin Shiyong's cultural background but also brought their relationship closer together. The festival activities were gradually reaching their peak as Lin Shiyong and Gu Jincheng made their way to the riverside to enjoy the long-awaited fireworks display. The lanterns lining the streets illuminated their path, and the crowd around them began to gather by the riverbank, each person’s face radiating excitement and anticipation.
“Jincheng, let’s hurry and find a good spot!” Lin Shiyong exclaimed, pulling Gu Jincheng's hand as she quickly navigated through the crowd, her eyes scanning for an open area by the river.
Gu Jincheng smiled as he followed her steps, filled with admiration for Lin Shiyong's optimism and energy. They eventually found a relatively open spot that faced the river, offering a wide and unobstructed view.
Lin Shiyong excitedly sat down and patted the space beside her, signaling Gu Jincheng to sit quickly. "Jincheng, look! The view here is amazing; the fireworks will definitely be beautiful!"
Gu Jincheng sat down beside her, nodding slightly as his gaze swept across the preparation area on the opposite bank, where staff were busy getting everything ready for the upcoming fireworks show.
"Every time I watch fireworks, I make a wish," Gu Jincheng said, turning to look at her with a gentle tone.
Lin Shiyong tilted his head curiously and asked him, "Oh? Have the wishes you made before come true?"
Gu Jincheng smiled lightly and replied, "Most of them have come true, but I believe that the wishes made with you will definitely hold more power."
Lin Shiyong's cheeks turned slightly red, and a happy smile appeared at the corners of his mouth. "Then we must make a wish together this time."
As they chatted leisurely and joyfully, the fireworks show finally began. The first firework shot across the night sky, bursting into brilliant colors, followed by more fireworks that adorned the night with a dazzling array of hues, creating an extraordinary beauty.
Lin Shiyong stood up excitedly, her hands tightly clenched, her small face filled with shock. "Wow, Gu Jincheng, it's so beautiful! Look at that firework, the shape is so unique!"
Gu Jincheng stood beside her, gently wrapping his arms around her shoulders, allowing her to lean against him. "Yeah, watching it with you makes each firework even more beautiful."
Lin Shiyong turned her head to look at Gu Jincheng, her eyes filled with gratitude. "Jincheng, thank you for coming with me to see the fireworks. This is the happiest holiday I've ever had."
Gu Jincheng looked down at her, his gaze gentle. "Shiyong, being with you makes every day a holiday for me."
At that moment, they made a wish together, hoping that the days to come would be as brilliant and beautiful as the fireworks in the night sky.
As the fireworks show came to an end, the crowd gradually dispersed, and Lin Shiyong and Gu Jincheng slowly made their way home. Along the way, they continued to discuss various aspects of the fireworks from that night, occasionally bursting into laughter and teasing each other.
"Jincheng, what do you think it would feel like if we have children in the future and bring them to see fireworks like this?" Lin Shiyong suddenly said dreamily.
Gu Jincheng looked at her, a deep affection flashing in his eyes. "That would definitely be the most wonderful thing in the world, because at that time, we would be the most complete."
