The morning sunlight shines through the curtains, illuminating Kagome and Inuyasha. Kagome stretches and looks at Inuyasha with a gentle smile.
She gets out of bed, causing a cool breeze, and calls out, "Hey, Inuyasha, wake up."
Inuyasha was awakened by Kagome, he rubbed his eyes and saw that Kagome had already gotten up and was choosing clothes in the room.
"Would you like to go out with me today? I'll take you to my favorite restaurant," Kagome said with a playful smile.
Inuyasha hesitated: "I'm a little scared and don't want to run around because I'm human now. Without my claws, I feel so unsafe..."
"In this world, there are no demons, so you don't need to use the Soul-Scattering Iron Claws. What are you afraid of?" Kagome rubbed Inuyasha's head.
Kagome sawInuyashastill feeling a little uneasy, couldn't help but pinch his face: "Don't worry, at most there are just a lot of people and cars here, it's not as scary as you imagine."
Inuyashaglanced at his clothes and said uneasily, "But it's strange for me to go dressed like this."
Kagome answered without hesitation, "It's okay, you can wear my dad's clothes first and when we go out, I'll help you buy a new one!" Kagome is full of confidence, her savings in this world have not been touched yet, and are still intact.
Kagome led Inuyasha back to the room and found her father's old clothes for him to change into.
Looking at himself in the mirror wearing an old-fashioned suit, Inuyasha couldn't help but smile wryly.
So, they walked out of the house together and onto the bustling street. Inuyasha saw so many new and interesting things that his eyes were almost popping out.
He looked at the cars coming and going, the towering buildings, and the small black boxes in people's hands, all of which he found very fascinating.
Kagome couldn't help but laugh at Inuyasha's reaction.
"Didn't you come here before? Why are you still so curious?"
"I can't help it. No matter how many times I see it, I still find it very fascinating," Inuyasha replied.
Later, the two of them arrived at a clothing store, and Kagome began helping Inuyasha pick out clothes.
Inside the store, there is a dazzling array of trendy clothing in various colors. She excitedly picks out items and occasionally has Inuyasha try them on.
"Do you like this outfit?" Kagome asks happily.
Inuyasha felt a little embarrassed but still nodded.
Kagome picked up a simple white T-shirt and handed it to Inuyasha. After putting it on, he looked very good with simple and handsome lines. Kagome couldn't help but smile as she watched Inuyasha's figure.
Inuyasha changed several sets of clothes and felt a bit tired. He sighed and said, " Kagome, how many more do we have to change?"
Kagome replied with a smile, "Almost done, almost done. Try on these few sets and let me see how they look on you."
She picked out several different colored T-shirts and jeans for Inuyasha to try on.
With each change of clothes, Inuyasha's expression became more interesting. Sometimes he would squirm uncomfortably, and other times he would curiously look at the color and pattern of the new clothes.
After buying clothes, they walked hand in hand on the street. Inuyasha was wearing new clothes and felt very curious. From time to time, girls turned back to look at him and praised his handsomeness.
Inuyasha felt a little embarrassed, while Kagome proudly flicked her hair, secretly happy in her heart. She thought to herself, " Inuyasha was not bad-looking to begin with, and now he's so handsome. It's all thanks to who dressed him up!"
They came to Kagome's favorite restaurant and ordered the favorite food for two.
Inuyasha tried to pick up food with chopsticks, but he always failed to do so. Finally, unable to bear it, he muttered, "I'm not eating! I can never pick it up!" After saying that, he turned away in anger.
Seeing this, Kagome gently taught him how to use chopsticks, but found that Inuyasha still couldn't handle them. Inuyasha said somewhat dejectedly, "You told me to use these, but I might as well use my hands." With that, he was about to use his hands to pick up the food.
Kagome saw it and immediately slapped his hand, giving him a stern look and saying, "I'll feed you, don't use your hands."
Inuyasha looked a bit displeased.
But when he saw Kagome's slightly angry expression, he suddenly felt a little guilty, but his temper made it temporarily impossible for him to lower his head. Inuyasha turned his head, avoiding Kagome's gaze, but his hand involuntarily retracted.
Kagome glared at him, then gently picked up a pair of chopsticks, skillfully picked up a piece of meat, and placed it near Inuyasha's mouth.
Seeing the gaze of others, Inuyasha felt a little embarrassed, but still opened his mouth and ate the food Kagome had picked for him.
As Kagome fed him bite by bite, Inuyasha felt a subtle sensation in his heart. He couldn't help but sneak a glance at Kagome and saw her gentle smile, which seemed to quietly break down some of the barriers in his heart.
Kagome kept muttering from time to time, teaching Inuyasha how to use chopsticks, but it seemed that Inuyasha still couldn't learn. However, he no longer resisted in his heart, but rather enjoyed the feeling of being taken care of by Kagome.
They enjoyed this delicious lunch happily.
After finishing their meal, Kagome took Inuyasha's hand and strolled through the streets, enjoying this rare moment of tranquility. Seeing Kagome's joyful expression, Inuyasha couldn't help but feel a warm sensation in his heart.
The sunlight filtered through the leaves, sprinkling warmth and gentleness upon them.
People came and went on the road, and Inuyasha looked at their familiar smiling faces, feeling a myriad of emotions in his heart. How peaceful and convenient this world is. Did Kagome go through a lot of hardships following him to this world?
They walked to a small park, sat on a stone bench, and enjoyed the moment of tranquility. Kagome suddenly said, " Inuyasha, isn't this world wonderful?"
Inuyasha nodded, "Yes, but I just always feel a little bit uncomfortable."
"Take your time, you will come to like it here." Kagome held his hand tightly, her warm smile shining in Inuyasha's heart like sunlight.
He felt that even though this world was unfamiliar, with Kagome by his side, everything felt warm and beautiful.
On the stone bench in the small park, a gentle breeze brushed by, and the sound of rustling leaves made people feel peaceful. Kagome nestled close to Inuyasha, and that sense of closeness and reliance made Inuyasha feel an unprecedented warmth.
Suddenly, Inuyasha's eyes caught sight of children playing not far away. They were frolicking, their laughter clear and carefree.
In his heart, a hint of tenderness arose, a longing for innocence and a love for this world.
"You see, they are having so much fun," Kagome pointed to the children in the distance, smiling.
Inuyasha smiled lightly and nodded, "Yes, this world is really different."
Kagome turned to Inuyasha with a gentle look in her eyes: "I wish we could stay here forever, enjoying this peaceful and beautiful time."
Inuyasha gazed at Kagome with mixed emotions in his heart: "Does my world make you weary? Always having to fight demons and monsters."
Kagome suddenly hugged Inuyasha tightly and said with a smile, "Just kidding, as long as you're here, it's okay no matter where we are."
As time passed, Inuyasha gradually adapted to everything in this world. He learned to use various modern tools and gradually understood the rules of how this world operates. Kagome always stayed by his side, answering his questions.
On a sunny afternoon, Inuyasha and Kagome walked to the seaside. The waves kept crashing against the rocks on the shore, and the white foam sparkled especially under the sunlight. They strolled along the coastline, enjoying the beauty of nature.
Inuyasha suddenly stopped in his tracks, gazing at the vast sea as if lost in thought. Kagome walked up to him and asked softly, "Inuyasha, what are you thinking about?"
Inuyasha turned around and looked into Kagome's eyes, saying, "I was thinking, if we could live like this forever, me not being a half-demon and you not being a priestess, how wonderful it would be."
Kagome smiled and tightly held his hand, replying, " Inuyasha, reality always seems to go against our wishes, so let's strive to seize and cherish every moment until the moment we have to go back."
