The light mist in the air churns, forming faces that flicker and vanish, as if mocking the helplessness of the village.
Sesshomaru's gaze is sharp as an eagle's, even with his eyes closed, he senses the evil aura.
"Ridiculous smoke-faced demon." Before long, the moon-white long hair gently swayed, a sword light cut through the mist, turning those terrifying faces into smoke.

When night fell, Jaken sat by the bamboo forest, resting his chin on the tree trunk.
"At last, we can spend the night peacefully this time," he said, gazing at the moon and feeling grateful in his heart.
However, he did not notice that there was another nest on the distant hill, and in that nest, a nyū nai suzume was gazing at the village.

At that moment, a bright light tore through the night sky and struck the monster disguised as Bosaku Sei.
It's Sesshomaru.
He stood there, with no expression on his face, but his eyes revealed a hint of displeasure.
"Looking for death," Sesshomaru said coldly.
Then, he swung his Tenseiga, and a strong light instantly cut the demon in half.
Getsu was still in a state of panic, unable to control herself. Sesshomaru walked up to her and said coldly, "No need to be afraid, it's been taken care of."

Just as Ah Un arrived at the scene, Rin saw this scene.
