Inside the car, Brother Chao enthusiastically played his recently recorded personal single, "Super Armor Team!" This strange rap song was written and composed by Brother Chao himself, seemingly either to show off or simply out of foolishness. The entire song was not only boring but also monotonous, filled with self-praise and meaningless words.
The dull sounds echoed in the cabin as Anthon and Haohao exchanged glances, filled with helplessness. They held little regard for the song but could only maintain polite smiles in front of Brother Chao.
"I put a lot of effort into writing this song!" Brother Chao rambled on, his eyes sparkling with pride. "Listen to this part; isn’t the rhyme fantastic?" He said this while tapping on the steering wheel as if keeping time with the music.
Anthon suppressed his embarrassment and forced a smile. "Yeah, Brother Chao, this part is definitely unique."
Haohao chimed in, "Right, Brother Chao, your creation has a lot of character." He tried to make his tone sound sincere, but he felt that the song was truly beyond praise.
Brother Chao was clearly pleased with their reactions and continued to share his songwriting experience. "You know? The inspiration for this song came from an amazing trip I took. I saw a group of really cool street performers, and that’s when I decided to write a song to commemorate that experience." His tone was filled with pride, as if he were a remarkable artist.
"That sounds really interesting, Brother Chao," Anthon replied awkwardly, thinking that Brother Chao's story sounded like a self-congratulatory joke.
"And remember to record this part!" Brother Chao suddenly reminded them, his tone carrying an air of command. "It’ll be important for editing later. The audience will love it."
Haohao felt a wave of helplessness at this remark but still took out the camera and began recording Brother Chao's narration. He knew that this footage might be useless in the final edit, but he complied with Brother Chao's request.
Watching Haohao busy at work, Anthon felt a twinge of resentment towards Brother Chao. He knew that Brother Chao was vain and arrogant, but this collaboration was crucial for them, so they could only endure in silence.
Brother Chao continued to talk endlessly about his creative process, his tone brimming with pride and self-satisfaction. The music inside the car still echoed that boring rap single, leaving Anthon and Haohao feeling exhausted and frustrated.
As the car drove on, Anthon and Haohao could only silently endure this awkward journey. They understood that no matter how challenging this collaboration might be, they would face it together and overcome all difficulties. Despite their distaste for Brother Chao's arrogance and vanity, they remained resolute in their commitment to professionalism and completing this important filming task.
Under the relentless verbal bombardment from Brother Chao, the car made its way through Tainan City and finally came to a stop in front of an Eel Noodle Shop. The shop's entrance was adorned with a striking red sign, exuding a rich traditional flavor. Anthon and Haohao sighed in relief, finally able to temporarily escape Brother Chao's "Super Armor Group!" single.
As they stepped out of the car, they spotted Da Shewan's plump figure standing out prominently not far away. He wore a loose-fitting T-shirt emblazoned with his iconic logo, his face lit up with his signature smile, radiating warmth and approachability. Da Shewan was busy interacting with fans, surrounded by numerous admirers and passersby who had stopped to take photos and get autographs.
Although Da Shewan was born in Pingtung, his charm was irresistible, attracting fans wherever he went. His unique sense of humor and friendly demeanor made him endearing; whenever he appeared in public, he always drew a large crowd of fans.
"Wow, Da Shewan is really popular," Haohao exclaimed, a hint of envy and admiration in his eyes.
"Yeah, this guy is so well-liked everywhere," Anthon nodded in agreement, a glimmer of appreciation flashing in his eyes. Da Shewan's success showed them the power of hard work and charisma.
Brother Chao got out of the car and spotted Da Shewan, his face breaking into a confident smile as he strode over to greet him. "Da Shewan, old friend, you’ve worked hard today!" He clapped Da Shewan on the shoulder with a slightly teasing tone.
Haohao and Anthon laughed as they approached, warmly embracing Da Shewan as if they were long-lost friends. "Da Shewan, it’s been a while!" Haohao patted Da Shewan’s back, his voice filled with genuine joy.
"Yeah, it’s been too long!" Anthon chimed in, beaming brightly. "Finally, we have the chance to collaborate today."
"Exactly! I've been looking forward to this collaboration," Da Shewan said as he released them and turned to introduce someone. "Let me introduce my photographer, Pig's Feet."
Pig's Feet was a slightly slender young man wearing glasses, looking refined and scholarly. He smiled and nodded at everyone while holding professional photography equipment, showing his seriousness and preparation for the shoot.
"Pig's Feet, this is Anthon and Haohao, our photographer and assistant for this shoot," Da Shewan introduced proudly. "They are experts in this field."
Pig's Feet politely extended his hand to shake hands with Anthon and Haohao. "Nice to meet you both; I look forward to working together."
"We are too, Pig's Feet," Anthon replied with a smile, filled with anticipation for this collaboration.
Haohao also smiled and said, "I hope we can achieve the best results."
After exchanging pleasantries for a while, the atmosphere became more relaxed and harmonious. Brother Chao stepped forward to join this friendly circle. Although his demeanor was a bit carefree, he could sense the camaraderie and friendship among the group. Da Shewan then turned to the surrounding fans and passersby, saying, "Please wait a moment; we'll sign autographs and take photos after we finish this segment."
The fans were somewhat disappointed but still eagerly waited, their eyes filled with anticipation and admiration. Da Shewan smiled and nodded at them before leading Anthon, Haohao, and Brother Chao into the Eel Noodle Shop.
"Alright, since everyone is here, let's get started," Da Shewan clapped his hands, his tone full of excitement. "Today we're filming the Eel Noodle Soup from this place, a true specialty of Tainan. You must savor it."
Everyone nodded in agreement and began preparing for the shoot. The atmosphere inside the shop was lively and warm, with the aroma of Eel Noodle Soup wafting through the air, making everyone's mouths water. The owner greeted them warmly as they entered and showed them to their seats.
"This Eel Noodle Soup is a must-try in Tainan; you absolutely can't miss it," Da Shewan said proudly and eagerly. "You all have to enjoy it."
Anthon and Haohao nodded, their hearts filled with excitement for this shoot. They knew that the upcoming work would be challenging but also full of opportunities and excitement. No matter what difficulties they faced, they would confront them together and overcome everything. On this sunny Tainan morning, their journey was just beginning.
