The Yin-Yang Sword tore through the Electromagnetic Shield, but it lacked further momentum and was ultimately knocked away by the Bronze Ancient Spear.
The two clashed for several rounds, their weapons ringing against each other. Although Xiao Yefeng was being suppressed, their energies were gradually equalizing. It was evident that Master's energy was waning. Despite Master's incredible speed, he could not consistently appear behind Xiao Yefeng anymore; after all, the Misty Wind Guard had significantly enhanced Xiao Yefeng's speed.

During the battle, Xiao Yefeng suddenly closed in, momentarily slowing his own speed while the Bagua Mirror above him began to change. At that moment, a whirring sound emanated from the Bagua Mirror as the Yin-Yang Fish behind him spun rapidly.
"Qian represents heaven; Kun represents earth. With clear skies above and below, I command spirits and subdue demons—Qian Kun Jue!" As Xiao Yefeng softly chanted these words, a surge of Carefree Righteousness erupted from the Yin-Yang Sword beneath a radiant Golden Cyan glow. His body transformed as spiked scales emerged; gill-like slits behind his ears changed as eight golden ribbons appeared.
Suddenly within the Golden Cyan Inspiration burst forth a wave of azure water-based Inspiration. The three energies combined into a colorful dragon formed from sword edges and Inspiration that swept toward Master's chest with lightning speed.
"This brat has some skill; however, as a Guardian, you still have a long way to go!" With a powerful shake of his Tiger Body, dark Inspiration exploded from within him. The combined impact of Qian Kun Yin-Yang Sword's attack dispersed much of Master's black energy; yet at that moment, a black shadow appeared behind Master—a phantom holding a shield in its left hand and carrying a massive sword on its back. The giant shield blocked the three-colored dragon attack but sent Master staggering back several meters.
"What immense power! Has he already taken this step forward?" Jiang Xing remarked as he was pushed back by the shockwave from their battle but managed to steady himself afterward.
"No! He hasn't, and neither has the Master! In this era, no one can take that step! They are all trapped here. Will he waver?" Qing seemed to be responding to Jiang Xing's words, yet it felt like a question she was asking herself.
"Child, do you feel the pressure of the earth? Do you wish to cross that step and enter the next stage? Then do not oppose me!" The black figure behind the Master flickered and vanished.
At that moment, Xiao Yefeng dashed to the Master's side, swinging his sword in an attempt to land another blow. Close behind, Xiao Yefeng said, "Hmph, I know what you mean, but I will not sacrifice this beautiful Earth for my own sake!"
"Stubborn and Unyielding! Do you think that sword of yours wounded me?" Xiao Yefeng swung his sword, but at that moment, the Master coldly replied.
Xiao Yefeng's heart sank! He had been careless. He intended to seize the advantage but failed to notice that the Master had not been injured by that strike. With a thud, Xiao Yefeng spat out blood and fell heavily in front of Qing and the others. However, this was a critical moment in battle; Xiao Yefeng quickly rolled over and stood with his sword drawn. Aside from the blood at the corner of his mouth, he appeared unharmed.
"Once more, hand over the Spirit Binding Silver Nail and the two maps! Otherwise, none of you will survive!" The Master hovered in mid-air, with the Bronze Ancient Seal taking its true form beside him.
"Cough! Stop talking nonsense; if you had the ability, you would have acted already!" Xiao Yefeng stood on the rooftop, regulating his Qi.

The light suddenly changed direction mid-air and rushed toward them. The Master's forward momentum halted as he looked toward the white light and said, "Divine Light descends? No one knew the inner monologue of the Master. Xiao Yefeng and Azure Wind felt a surge of black Inspiration rising around the Master, as a beam of starlight shot from his hand towards them. The two swiftly dodged the attack, only to see the starlight swirl and seemingly take something away. Soon after, the Master's presence vanished, leaving only a dissipating cloud of darkness in the distance.
Xiao Yefeng and Azure Wind exchanged glances and immediately checked on the others behind them. Relieved to find no one missing, they sighed in relief. However, just as Xiao Yefeng turned to look at the white light, he found it right behind him. In an instant, as he turned back, they collided with a loud crash, causing Xiao Yefeng to lose consciousness. The Bagua Mirror and Yin-Yang Sword flashed and disappeared into the Tricolor Jade Ring.
While Azure Wind was astonished by Xiao Yefeng's fainting, Meng Lao suddenly rushed to the rooftop. Azure Wind's expression changed instantly as he abandoned Xiao Yefeng and dashed towards Meng Lao. With the crisis averted, the Three Elders and Jiang Xing forcefully retracted their half-gathered spiritual energy, nearly suffering backlash. Ignoring their own issues, the four carried Xiao Yefeng back to the headquarters of the Metaphysics Society below. At this time, dawn was breaking, and Beijing North was bustling with activity. Despite the Beastman incident, those struggling to live in this city still had to work for survival, and people were already appearing on the streets.
With the crisis resolved, there was a somber atmosphere in the Metaphysics Society. Xiao Yefeng was unharmed and had already regained consciousness. However, that starlight had indeed taken someone away—Jie, who had been injured and cared for by Meng Lao.
The Master's final action was not an attack on Xiao Yefeng or Azure Wind but a rush towards Jie because Jie still held a map in his hands. Moreover, the sibling relationship between Qing and Jie was enough leverage for Azure Wind to hand over the Spirit Binding Silver Nail and fragments of the map.

This revelation came from Cheap Brother—the first being he encountered within that white light—and everything began from Earth's inception.
Leaving aside Xiao Yefeng's situation for now, the Master carrying Jie’s body had already appeared at sea. With a splash, he plunged into the depths like a torpedo, taking Jie into humanity's forbidden zone—the unknown deep sea. Uncertain of how deep it went, the Master entered an underwater mountain where members of Perfect World were busily working in unison.
Their so-called work involved assembling bottles of various colored potions. The most striking feature was eleven massive transparent containers at the center housing creatures that could only be referred to as such because they were currently unidentifiable as animals. Yet these beings possessed human-like intelligence and were performing various actions under the guidance of some individuals beneath their containers.
