Flames surged up, only to be dispersed by a swift wave of Xiao Yefeng's hand. He looked at the charred remains of the talisman in his hand and then at the cracked talisman brush, which had been damaged from the infusion of spiritual energy. With a sigh, he decided to give up.
At that moment, the Two Goddesses had awakened. Seeing the pile of ash in front of Xiao Yefeng, Liu Yiyi smiled and said, "So, you failed again!"
Consort Mi couldn't help but laugh uncontrollably. Xiao Yefeng had tried multiple times at home, and during his first attempt, he nearly set the house on fire. This incident had become a running joke for the Two Goddesses. "You should really stop trying. At this rate, you'll end up burning down the house!" Consort Mi laughed as she got up and removed her nightgown. Her exquisite figure revealed that she was a mother of a nine-year-old child. Seeing Consort Mi awake, Liu Yiyi also got out of bed. Worry appeared in the eyes of the Two Goddesses, and at that moment, Xiao Yefeng also appeared behind them. He was contemplating how to gather the materials needed for crafting talismans. Lost in thought, he walked over, only to realize that the Two Goddesses had already noticed him.

"Meng! It looks like those old scholars are going to be furious again!" remarked Peng Weiguo, who was tall and lean with sharp eagle-like eyes.

Meng Qing said as he patted the Bioreactor. After failing to see any trace of Xiao Yefeng leaving, he continued, "Major Xiao is right; technology is at the core of human advancement. However, just like when humanity first emerged, today's seemingly advanced technology is still insufficient to elevate our Dimension! He has a broad perspective; I've given up on competing with him!"
The last person to speak was Han Duhuo, known for being cold and taciturn. His unexpected lengthy response shocked the other two.
Meng Qing, with his lively personality, exclaimed in surprise at Han Duhuo's words, "Wow! Old Ice Pop! I haven't heard you say more than ten words in over two years! So you haven't gone mute after all!"
Their banter was not due to indifference towards Xiao Yefeng but rather a deep trust in his abilities. They had never considered that anyone could achieve such feats. Their relaxed demeanor stemmed from their recognition of Xiao Yefeng's strength; they were genuinely impressed. As soldiers, they were carefree and among the best of their kind. Initially, they had some reservations about Xiao Yefeng, but this display had completely won them over!
