Some crime scenes are so horrifying that just hearing the police's descriptions is enough to send chills down one's spine. 0

Upon opening the scene, it was crawling with maggots, emitting a foul stench. The upper body was skeletal, the chest was skeletal, and the lower limbs were skeletal. 0

Aside from a decaying corpse and a large amount of dried blood splatter, there were very few clues for the police to work with at the crime scene. 0

However, as the police peeled back the layers of mystery, they couldn't shake the feeling that something about this case was off. 0

Time: June 8, 2005. 0

Location: Tongxiang City, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province. 0

On this day, the Tongxiang City Public Security Bureau received a report that someone had discovered a body while weeding in the woods on the outskirts of the city. 0

After receiving the report, the police quickly arrived at the crime scene and found that the body was male and had already undergone significant decomposition. Strangely, aside from this decaying corpse, there were no suspicious traces at the scene, not even anything that could identify the deceased. 0

In response to this, the police theorized that either someone had meticulously cleaned up the area or that this was not the actual crime scene. All signs indicated that this was not where the crime had originally occurred; so how did the body end up here? 0

To solve the case as quickly as possible, the police first conducted a thorough search of the area surrounding the crime scene while also performing a detailed autopsy on the corpse. The forensic team extracted a red bloodstained shirt, a pair of slippers, and a phone case from the deceased. 0

However, the forensic examination of the remains left behind by the deceased yielded no valuable clues. 0

The Autopsy Report indicated that the victim had been brutally hacked to death, with each blow striking bone. Technicians discovered a chaotic scene at the roadside where the incident occurred: branches were broken, grass was flattened, and there were large pools of blood on the ground. 0

What caught the police's attention were the splattered bloodstains on the branches and grass. Such splatter could only have occurred while the victim was being attacked. Consequently, the police compared the bloodstains on the branches with those from a decaying corpse found in the woods, confirming that they originated from that corpse. 0

Based on this analysis, the police quickly determined that this area by the roadside was indeed the Crime Scene. 0

Simultaneously, combining insights from the Autopsy results, law enforcement boldly speculated that this case was likely a revenge killing. However, their primary focus remained on identifying the victim. Given the remote location with no witnesses or surveillance footage, they had to rely on every scrap of evidence at the scene. 0

Upon conducting a thorough search of the woods, police eventually found a mobile phone and quickly confirmed it belonged to the victim. This phone became a crucial lead in solving the case. 0

Investigations revealed that the phone's owner was Wang Renhong, a 40-year-old from Chongqing Shizhu County who had been working as a contractor in Tongxiang for many years. The police confirmed he was indeed the deceased. 0

However, further investigations did not uncover any financial disputes involving Wang Renhong, effectively ruling out robbery as a motive for murder. 0

Additionally, police learned that Wang Renhong frequently visited several Hair Salons and had regular contact with many women working there. Yet, upon investigation, they found no motive for these women to kill him. 0

As suspects were systematically eliminated, the investigation hit a deadlock. Just then, an incidental discovery led police to new leads regarding his past work in Haining and his connections with someone... 0

Later, Korea Silver resigned from his job and left Tongxiang with his wife Hou Bihua. However, no matter where they went, Korea Silver could not shake off the deep-seated resentment he felt. Eventually, during one of their arguments, Hou Bihua could no longer tolerate it and suggested taking revenge on Wang Renhong. 0

On the day of the incident, Hou Bihua pretended to call Wang Renhong out for a date, which he naturally accepted. That evening, as Wang Renhong walked toward the woods, Korea Silver lay in ambush by the roadside and violently swung a kitchen knife at him, unleashing his pent-up fury. 0

During the interrogation, both Korea Silver and Hou Bihua openly confessed to their criminal acts. 0

However, the police felt that there were still some unresolved issues in the case. Wang Renhong had two injuries, and Hou Bihua claimed that he did not strike anyone, which meant that Korea Silver could not have simultaneously attacked Wang Renhong's head and foot. 0

With these questions in mind, the officers questioned the two again, and ultimately they revealed that their nephew, Hou Yingbin, was also involved in the crime. Hou Yingbin was raised by Hou Bihua, who was like a mother to him. 0

Due to their mother-son-like relationship, when Hou Yingbin saw his aunt crying every day, he felt deeply pained. So when the couple suggested that he join them in seeking revenge against Wang Renhong, Hou Yingbin readily agreed without hesitation. He became the third participant in the crime. 0

In the end, with assistance from police across the country, Suspect Hou Yingbin was successfully apprehended. 0

Thus, this case was successfully solved by the police. 0
