If Jin Chengyan is the person that Qin Cheng cannot afford to offend, then his father is an even more formidable figure. "Alright, let's stop joking around." Jin Chengyan released Jono's hand and noticed it was slightly sweaty—she was clearly very nervous.
"My parents don't live here."

Seeing that Jono seemed a bit angry, Jin Chengyan didn't feel impatient. "You should go take a shower and change your clothes. You really don't look suitable to meet the Parents-in-law like this."

But after taking two steps, she realized she didn’t know this place at all. Gritting her teeth, she turned back and asked him, "Where should I take a shower..."
Unlike her earlier determination, she now resembled a wilting flower.
Unexplainably, Jin Chengyan felt a sense of lightness in his heart, a feeling he had never experienced before.
"The upstairs is my bedroom. Are you planning to shower in my bathroom?" he said seriously.
Yet Jono felt he was teasing her. In a fit of frustration, she stomped down the stairs and dashed into one of the rooms on the first floor.
She could still clearly hear Jin Chengyan's laughter!
