In a private apartment, Ruan Shengyu turned off the television and said to the middle-aged woman sitting on the sofa, "Do you know that if I say this, Ayan will misunderstand and get angry?"

"That's more like it!" Xu Lin sighed in relief.
Meanwhile, Jono was waiting outside Timely Law Firm, unsure of what Jin Chengyan intended to do or how this person even knew she was here.
Before she could think further, a black Bentley pulled up in front of her.
Jono stepped back two paces as A-Shan emerged from the passenger seat. He politely nodded at Jono. A-Shan had a fierce expression, and seeing someone like him bow made Jono feel uneasy.
A-Shan immediately opened the rear door, revealing Jin Chengyan inside.
Jin Chengyan stepped out instead of inviting Jono into the car. What was he planning to do?
"What brings you here? If it's about what you mentioned before, then don't bother. I..."
"Come with me." Jin Chengyan interrupted Jono with a commanding tone that left no room for argument.

Once inside the elevator, Jono noticed A-Shan pressing the button for the 17th floor. She recalled that Lawyer Zheng, the most renowned marriage lawyer Qin Cheng had mentioned, was located on that floor.

"..." It seemed that a pleasant conversation was not going to happen.
As the human backdrop, A-Shan also appeared unable to continue listening happily. He said, "Miss Qiao, the young master went to the Law Firm to help deal with your brother's matters."
"Who told you to speak?" Before Jono could respond, Jin Chengyan shot a glare at A-Shan. This kid was becoming increasingly disrespectful!
A-Shan lowered his head, acknowledging his mistake.
Watching the exchange between the master and servant, Jono realized that she had once again been played by Jin Chengyan.
She felt... so angry.
