"I rushed out and forgot my wallet," Jono said, sticking out his tongue with an expression that clearly conveyed, "If you don't buy me something today, you're a heartless jerk."
Was it really appropriate to act so shamelessly in public with a man she was pretending to meet for the first time?
Jin Chengyan chuckled lightly. "I'll buy it for you. How do you plan to repay me?" He pulled out his wallet, which contained only a few bills and cards. But when Jono glanced at it, she noticed either a Platinum Card or a Black Card. How wealthy could this man be?
"So, sir, what kind of repayment do you want?" Jono leaned slightly forward, her alluring aura unmistakable.
His hand casually rested on Jono's waist, his fingers brushing lightly against her skin. He knew just how captivating her figure was beneath that clothing.
"Come with me?"
"Sure!"
Jono replied cheerfully.
Meanwhile, the cashier behind the counter wore a look of astonishment. This couple had flirted and made plans in less than a minute? Were they really about to head off together?
She glanced at the packaging and the items on display, realizing they were indeed a perfect match!
"Would you like it packaged separately or together?" The cashier found herself in a bit of a dilemma.
"Together."
"Together."
The sudden understanding between them was palpable, and the clerk quickly wrapped up the transaction. That incredibly handsome man didn’t even want his change; he simply wrapped his arm around the woman and walked out!
They actually got into a car together, and even before it started, it began to vibrate slightly!
Oh my, they didn’t even have time to go to a hotel; were they going to resolve things in the car?
The cashier felt like her worldview had just collapsed.

However, the reality was quite different.
Once Jono got into the car, he couldn’t help but laugh. The way he had teased Jin Chengyan earlier was just too funny.
He hadn’t expected Jin Chengyan to play along; his playful side was quite impressive.
“Ha! Jin Chengyan, you really are something. Who else could be the Golden Horse Award Best Actor if not you?” Playing the role of a charming, wealthy young man suited Jin Chengyan perfectly.
Jono laughed exuberantly in the car, even forgetting to buckle his seatbelt.
Seeing Jono so delighted by his successful prank, Jin Chengyan initially felt no anger.
He had also enjoyed playing along at the pharmacy and found it somewhat amusing to see the surprised expression on the cashier’s face, which lifted his spirits.
However, after getting into the car and witnessing Jono’s laughter, he felt a bit embarrassed.
“Jono, stop laughing!” He threw a bag of condoms onto the back seat.
Jono couldn't help but laugh, tears almost streaming down her face.
He leaned closer, “If you keep laughing, I’ll take you right now!” His hand gripped her shoulder, and if he had the chance, he might just rip her clothes off and bite down on her sensitive spot.
Jono was startled by Jin Chengyan's sudden advance. She hurriedly tried to push him away, but with his determination, she found it impossible to resist.
The two of them ended up in a bit of a tussle in their seats. The car windows were tinted, so from the perspective of the pharmacy cashier, it looked like the two inside were engaged in something inappropriate.
In the end, Jin Chengyan sealed it with a fierce kiss on Jono's lips, fastened her seatbelt for her, and started the car toward Jin Mansion.

Once Jono became Jin Chengyan's legal wife and word got out, her life changed dramatically.
First was at the company; her boss, who used to make her life difficult, now treated her like a Young Mistress, not daring to show her any displeasure! After all, she was the Boss's wife!
If the Young Mistress was unhappy, you would be out on your ear!
Of course, Jono didn’t wield that kind of power; she continued to do what she needed to do and didn’t want anyone treating her differently.

After all, Jono was still an employee. There was no way she could refuse tasks assigned by her superior. And although the company bore the Jin Family name, it was essentially run by the Qiao Family.

This time, it was the Ji Family's young master, Jasper, who came to invest in Qin Cheng.
When Jono saw this name, she wondered if this young master from the Ji Family was a particularly warm-hearted man, which might explain such a name.
Jono pulled herself back from her thoughts as she browsed through the boutique, trying to select a dress that would be suitable for the occasion as quickly as possible.
Jin Chengyan had previously asked Alice to prepare some outfits, but when Jono saw those dresses, she immediately knew they weren't her style. So she had to come out and choose something herself.
"Mrs. Jin, how can I assist you?" As soon as she entered the boutique, a staff member greeted her warmly. Jono momentarily forgot that this was part of the Jin Family's business.
Jono felt a bit awkward. "You don't have to call me Young Mistress." She wasn't used to being addressed as Young Mistress by just anyone; it wasn't ancient times anymore—what was with all this formality?
"I want that dress. Do you have it in my size?" Upon entering, Jono spotted a deep blue gown placed right in the center of the store. It featured an off-the-shoulder long-sleeve design that would not be too cold for this weather and had an unobstructed back that would surely turn heads when she walked in.
Jono used to dislike being ostentatious, but now she had to make sure the Ji Family noticed her immediately, and she needed to successfully secure the collaboration.
"This item has already been reserved by a customer. We were just about to finalize it..." The sales clerk looked troubled, caught between the Young Mistress and a mysterious customer—both were not people she could afford to offend!
"Well, okay then. I'll look at something else," Jono replied.
The clerk was surprised that Jono was so easygoing. If it had been someone else, relying on their status, they would have insisted on getting that dress no matter what. Having worked here for so long, she had seen wealthy ladies and young misses get into heated arguments over a piece of clothing.
But Jono truly went off to look at other items!
Still, Jono thought that dress was incredibly beautiful. With her fair skin, wearing that deep blue dress would surely look stunning on her.
Her gaze lingered on the dress several times as she watched the clerk take it down, carefully placing it in a protective cover before handing it over to a man in a silver-gray suit.
The man stood tall, seemingly about the same height as Jin Chengyan. His soft hair wasn't particularly dark but had a very pleasant color. His profile was well-defined; he must be an astonishingly handsome man.
That man was the one who bought the dress. What a lucky woman it would be to wear that dress!
Jono thought about the men she had encountered recently; they were all more handsome than the last.
Of course, Jin Chengyan's handsomeness was unmatched, and she would never tell him that.
"Here you go." Just as Jono turned to pick up a light pink dress, the man walked over and handed her the dress he was holding.
Jono froze for a moment, looking up to find that the man had already stood beside her, extending the dress toward her.
"I noticed your gaze lingering on this dress several times. I asked the sales staff, and they said you really like it. A gentleman does not take away what others enjoy," he spoke slowly, with a particularly warm tone.
Jono quickly shook his head. "No, no, no, you reserved it first. If I take it, wouldn't that be taking away someone else's joy? This pink one in my hands is just fine, thank you."
The man glanced at the pink dress in Jono's hands before shifting his gaze back to her, as if imagining something. He then said, "That dress doesn't suit you. Trust me, this one is much more fitting for you."
He placed the dress Jono was holding back on the rack and handed her the blue dress he had.
"My girlfriend might not look good in this blue dress. Good things should naturally be given to those who are more suited for them." With that, he walked away.
Jono stood there, staring at the dress she had wanted. "Sir, let me pay you..."
This dress was quite expensive, and she felt bold only because her company would reimburse her. However, she couldn't accept a gift from a stranger.
But the man had already walked far away.
Jono held the dress with a sense of helplessness.
She prepared to try it on since she still needed to do her makeup and hair, and time was running short.
Yet just two steps outside, Jono felt her mind explode.
"That person was Jasper!" Jono hurriedly ran outside with the dress in hand, but there was no sign of Jasper anywhere.
Jono regretted it immensely; such a great opportunity had slipped away. She should have talked to Jasper about their collaboration properly. With so many people at the banquet tonight, she wondered if she would have a chance to speak with him!
Just as she was feeling frustrated, her phone rang. Jono took it out and saw it was Jin Chengyan.
"Hello..." Jono's voice sounded a bit dejected, having missed Jasper's call, and even though it was Jin Chengyan calling, she wasn't in the mood.
"What's wrong? Did someone bully you?" Jin Chengyan asked, surprisingly concerned for her well-being, even startling himself with his own reaction.
"No, what do you want? I'm busy."
"Are you free tonight? I need to talk to you about something."
"I'm not free; I have to work overtime today." Jono glanced at the dress in her hands, determined to have a conversation with Jasper that evening!
"Oh..." Jin Chengyan simply replied with an "oh" and didn't say anything else before hanging up the phone.
