Since Jono realized that she liked Jin Chengyan, she felt a bit guilty when facing Ruan Shengyu.
Although they had never appeared in public as a couple over the past six years, it was undeniable that Jin Chengyan liked Ruan Shengyu.
As for whether Ruan Shengyu liked Jin Chengyan, Jono had no idea.
She picked up her handbag, preparing to leave.

"Jono," Ruan Shengyu called her name, glancing at the open stalls in the restroom—no one was inside.
"Wait, I should be calling you Mrs. Jin now, right?" Ruan Shengyu's words were sharp, and she didn't show Jono any kindness.
Jono pulled her hand away from Ruan Shengyu's grip.
"If you have nothing else to say, I'm going out."
"Are you feeling guilty?" Ruan Shengyu said coldly to Jono's back. "Don't you think it's shameless to interfere in someone else's relationship?"
Jono slightly closed her eyes. Since Ruan Shengyu insisted on this confrontation, Jono didn't want to be a coward.
She turned around to face Ruan Shengyu.
Both of them were very beautiful—one wore a deep blue dress while the other wore a white dress, giving off completely different vibes.
When Jono wore a calm expression, there was a certain cold beauty about her, as if she were a giant standing thousands of miles away.
Ruan Shengyu, on the other hand, was the kind of beauty that seemed untouched by the mundane world.
It was no wonder that the two outstanding men outside were in a heated dispute over the two of them.
"Miss Ruan, when I married Jin Chengyan, he was single and so was I. Even if you two are in love..." Jono regretted saying "in love" and almost bit her own tongue. "Now, I am Mrs. Jin. Please be mindful of how you speak."
Ruan Shengyu let out a laugh, as if she had heard a particularly amusing joke.
"In love? You like Ayan," Ruan Shengyu saw right through Jono.
That was a woman's sixth sense, able to accurately discern who had feelings for her man. Jono's demeanor clearly indicated her feelings for Jin Chengyan.
Indeed, with such an outstanding man like Jin Chengyan, which woman wouldn't be attracted to him?
She had felt secure for six years simply because Jin Chengyan's feelings for her were unmatched; she never worried that he would fall for someone else.
However, she never expected he would marry someone else.
What she didn't realize was that a man truly doesn't have the luxury of waiting another six years.
"I don't want to discuss whether I like my husband with you. But there is one thing I want to tell you: regarding what you said about me finding someone to tarnish your reputation, that wasn't me. Jin Chengyan knows the truth."
Ruan Shengyu's expression froze. Did Jin Chengyan know the truth about that matter?
Jono was surprised to see the look of astonishment on Ruan Shengyu's face. Assuming she was merely taken aback by the situation and hadn't thought much further, Jono pushed the door open and stepped outside.
To her surprise, she saw the little girl standing outside the restroom.
Xining.
She was holding a bag that seemed to contain clothes, but it was definitely not a formal dress. Perhaps she had intended to change in the restroom but hadn’t expected Jono and Ruan Shengyu to be inside.
"You..." Jono pointed back inside, wanting to ask if she had heard anything, but Xining quickly covered Jono's mouth with her hand and pulled her down the hallway in the opposite direction.
Jono didn’t know why she was running with this little girl, but she found Xining to be quite an interesting character.
Eventually, Xining led Jono into a private room on the second floor.
Right in front of Jono, Xining began to undress!
"Miss Ji!" Jono immediately covered her eyes. This little girl was a bit too bold, changing clothes in front of another woman. Although both were female, it was their first meeting!
"It's fine; I'm wearing a bra underneath!"
Jono: "..." That's a completely different concept!
She was truly a girl with a rough edge.
About a minute later, Jono opened his eyes and saw that the little girl had changed into her usual clothes, seemingly deciding not to attend the party after all.
"Are you leaving?" Jono asked.
"Yeah, these kinds of parties are so boring. That guy Jasper wouldn't let me go, so I had to sneak away. Don't tell anyone you saw me, okay?" Xining gave Jono a small threat.
"If you don't want me to tell anyone, why did you bring me here? What if I accidentally let it slip?" Jono found this little girl amusing.
She really seemed like she hadn't reached adulthood yet—small and doll-like, with big innocent eyes looking at Jono, making him feel like his previous words were a bit too much.
Having changed out of her gown into simple jeans and a hoodie, she exuded a youthful and lively aura.
"Alright, I was just teasing you! Honestly, I think these parties are incredibly dull too." If it weren't for wanting to collaborate with the Ji Family, Jono wouldn't have bothered attending such an event!
Xining seemed to have found a kindred spirit as she casually linked her arm with Jono's. "Then why don't you come with me? You don't even care about that big star; why not leave with me? Let's go out and have some fun!"
"You heard all that?" Jono was taken aback.
Xining shrugged nonchalantly. "Oh, I wasn't trying to eavesdrop; it's just that you guys were talking too loudly. Don't worry, I won't spill anything. But seriously, did you really steal that big star's man? And become the main wife successfully?"
To be honest, Xining's expression wasn't unpleasant, but those words...
"Alright, if you don't leave now, I'm going to tell Jasper!"
Threatened by Jono, Xining immediately let go of her hand.
"Okay, okay, let's not hurt each other~ Since you don't want to come with me, I won't force you." The little girl quickly kissed Jono!
Jono was taken aback by the sudden kiss from the girl!
"Make sure to tell Jasper that I'll be home on time, so don't come looking for me!"
While Jono stood there in shock, Xining had already opened the door and ran out! She ran away!
Jono stood frozen in place, almost petrified. He had just been kissed by someone so much younger than him... although he didn't know exactly how old Xining was, he was still surprised!
But really, Xining was quite charming!

In the banquet hall, after Jasper sent Xining back to change into her dress, the little one insisted that he shouldn't watch her change clothes and even kicked him out of the room.
He thought about how today's banquet was originally his event; it wouldn't be appropriate to leave a room full of people just to accompany Xining while she changed. So he went downstairs.
Fortunately, as soon as he arrived downstairs, he saw Jin Chengyan, Yan Beiting, and Yan'an City standing there. It was clear that Yan'an City felt unwell.
He walked over, effectively rescuing Yan'an City.
"Warm Sun!" Yan'an City waved at Jasper. They were classmates in America, and after graduation, one returned to Qin Cheng while the other stayed in the United States.
However, their relationship had never truly ended.
"You came so late!" Jasper and Yan'an City embraced warmly.
Everyone was paying attention to the movements of the prominent figures from Qin Cheng. The way Jasper and Yan'an City hugged upon meeting clearly indicated that Jasper was closer to the Yan family.
But Yan'an City had always been a carefree young man, casually managing family affairs while living a life of indulgence and freedom.
So, Jasper and Yan'an City's friendship might simply be that of friends.
It was evident that Jasper and Yan Beiting were not particularly close, let alone with Jin Chengyan.
Thus, their relationship would need to be observed over time.
"I helped a friend with an art exhibition; it just wrapped up! As soon as it ended, I rushed over!" That was quite considerate!
Of course, Yan'an City wanted Jasper to save him; on one side was an older brother, and on the other was a brotherly friend—helping one would offend the other.
"Xining is here too; she insisted on seeing you. She's in the lounge upstairs. Do you want to go see her?"
Yan'an City gave Jasper a brotherly look and immediately said to Yan Beiting and Jin Chengyan, "You know, I'm quite popular. Xiaoxining loves me deeply, so I'm off to find her. See you later!"
With that, Yan'an City slipped away.
Jasper smiled at the boy's antics.
He waved to the waiter, who promptly approached with a tray holding three glasses of red wine.
Jasper took the lead, grabbing a glass and raising it.
Jin Chengyan and Yan Beiting naturally played along; as long as they hadn’t crossed each other’s boundaries, they were all good friends and partners on the surface.
"It’s an honor to finally stand alongside you both," Jasper said, half sincerely.
He had heard of Jin Chengyan and Yan Beiting before, but how much honor he felt was entirely up to him to decide.
Yan Beiting nodded in acknowledgment. He had also heard from Yan'an City about this person named Jasper, who had taken on the family responsibilities after his brother's unexpected death. Though it was tough, he had managed to help the Ji Family thrive.
As for Jin Chengyan, he wasn’t fond of such superficial pleasantries. However, since Jasper enjoyed this kind of banter, he couldn’t refuse to play along.
Life is like a play; it all depends on the performance!
Yan'an City came down from the lounge but did not see Xining. Could it be that Jasper had just made up an excuse to save him?
It was very likely, because Jasper was extremely protective of Xining. Even Yan'an City couldn't get too close to Xiaoxining.
He was about to head back when he unexpectedly encountered a woman in a deep blue gown.
She looked somewhat familiar.
"Hey, is that you, Sister-in-law?" Yan'an City called out to Jono. Upon closer inspection, it really was her.
Jono looked at Yan'an City, feeling that she didn't recognize this man at all!
"I'm Yan'an City, a friend of Brother Yan. Last time, Brother Yan even asked me to buy a house from you, but I got too busy and forgot about it. Do you still need to boost your sales?" Yan'an City wanted to make amends for what happened last time when Jin Chengyan had scolded him.
Jono paused slightly. "Jin Chengyan asked you to buy a house from me?"
Her heart raced, like a stone dropping into water, creating ripples upon ripples.
