Their plane was forced to land on a tarmac several hundred meters off the main flight path. They had no idea what had just happened in the cockpit; it wasn't until they stepped out of the cabin that they noticed more than twenty helicopters surrounding them.
The sight was truly spectacular!
Jono thought about how Jin Chengyan would come looking for her, but she didn't expect him to arrive so quickly and with such a grand display. Word would soon spread that Jin Shao from Qin Cheng was chasing after his wife, deploying over twenty helicopters! It was quite a show of extravagance!
However, Jono didn’t think this was something worth celebrating. Jin Chengyan's grand entrance was merely an attempt to bring her back with him!
But why go back? There was no love between them. Until she regained her memories, she didn’t want to follow him blindly!
Even if she liked him!
Yan Beiting frowned slightly as he looked at the twenty or so helicopters around them. The people inside those helicopters were Jin Chengyan's men. If he wanted to take Jono away, he would need wings!
In the past, Jin Chengyan had never gone to such lengths for Ruan Shengyu.
Xining, on the other hand, wore an excited expression. Although she came from a wealthy family, seeing more than twenty helicopters appearing at once, especially for Jono, felt thrilling and romantic!
If someone came looking for her like that, she would definitely be moved to tears!
“Jono, from this perspective, your husband is still quite handsome!” Xining said, linking her arm with Jono's as she watched Jin Chengyan walk over from one of the helicopters.
Dressed in a black suit and wearing sunglasses, Jin Chengyan looked dashing and tall, striding against the sunlight with an air of courage that seemed ready to take on the world.
This handsome Jin Chengyan was now walking solely for her.
“Yan'an City, you said this plane will take off back to Qin Cheng soon. Let’s part ways here. Goodbye.” With that, Jono pulled Xining down the ladder, leaving no time for Yan Beiting to respond.
Xining glanced back at Yan Beiting and then at Jono.
“Jono, are you worried that your husband might misunderstand your relationship with Yan Beiting? Even at this point, you're still considering your husband. Should I say you love Jin Chengyan, or should I say you love Jin Chengyan?” Xining's words struck Jono right in the heart.
Jono didn’t turn around; she couldn’t bear to look at Yan Beiting standing by the cabin door.
Though she couldn’t recall why she was so fixated on this, now that she was Jin Chengyan’s wife, she couldn’t give Yan Beiting any hope!
By the time they descended the ladder, Jin Chengyan had also approached them.
He took off his sunglasses, and his gaze was solely on Jono.
“I’m here to take you home.” His calm voice floated out, as if Jono’s sudden disappearance a couple of days ago was no big deal, just a casual outing with friends, and now he was here to take her home!
“Um… I actually think you’re not here to take Jono home; you’re threatening her to come back with you,” Xining remarked. She had initially thought it was cool that Jin Chengyan had sent so many planes to pick up Jono, but that didn’t mean she could accept such behavior.
Wasn’t this a blatant threat? If Jono didn’t willingly go with Jin Chengyan, he would surely resort to force. What could a woman like Jono do to resist?
Listening to Xining, Jono remained silent, perfectly conveying her stance.
However, Jin Chengyan ignored Xining. The Ji siblings were equally annoying; once he had something on Jasper, he would see how they would flaunt themselves.
“Come back with me. We’ll resolve our issues ourselves; avoiding them won’t solve anything.” Jin Chengyan hated leaving problems unresolved overnight—who knew what kind of changes could occur in just one night?
“I can’t go back with you right now,” Jono said softly. “I have work here.”
Though her tone lacked conviction, resistance was still resistance, causing Jin Chengyan to pause for a moment.
“Work? What kind of work? Isn’t Jono’s job under the Jin Family? He was the head of the Jin Family; she was the head’s wife. Couldn’t he arrange for her to go on a business trip?
“Yes! So I can’t go back with you. As for our issues, they’ve existed for a long time. What difference does it make whether we resolve them today or tomorrow? Besides, I think you have more pressing issues with other people that you’d like to resolve sooner,” Jono said vaguely, but those who knew the situation understood all too well.

Meanwhile, Yan Beiting stood at the door of the private jet, astonished by Jin Chengyan's domineering behavior! He wanted to rush down to rescue Jono, but the members of the Jin Family had him firmly restrained at the entrance, pushing him into the private jet and forcing the pilot to take off immediately back to Qin Cheng!
On Jin Chengyan's shoulder, Jono felt utterly humiliated. What did it mean to be spanked? What did it mean to be carried in front of so many people? He tossed her into the helicopter, closed the cabin door, and pinned her against the seat with a gaze that seemed ready to devour her whole—what did that even mean?
"Jono sis—" Xining stood alone on the tarmac, shouting toward the helicopter that Jono had entered. The whirring rotor made her voice grow fainter and fainter. "Jin Chengyan, let my sister Jono go! Otherwise, I’ll make sure my brother doesn’t let you off easy—"
But what could she do? No one could hear her voice.
Soon, more than twenty helicopters took off one after another, rising into the sky!
"What are you doing?" Jono looked at the slowly ascending helicopters, a sense of helplessness washing over her. She had only just arrived in C City for a few minutes, and now Jin Chengyan was taking her away! Was this how domineering he always was?
"Can't you tell? I'm taking you home," Jin Chengyan said matter-of-factly.
Jono was so furious she felt like spitting blood. At first, she thought Jin Chengyan had come back to find her in a more rational way, but instead, he was acting like a bandit, simply abducting her!
"I don't want to go back with you! What relationship do we have? On what grounds do you think you can take me away?" Jono was so angry that she lost her filter, completely thrown off by Jin Chengyan's actions.
Inside the helicopter, the noise was deafening. The pilot and co-pilot wore headsets and couldn't hear what Jin Chengyan and Jono were saying; even if they did, they pretended not to.
However, Jono kept her voice low due to the presence of others in the cabin. Even when she lowered her voice, Jin Chengyan could only see her lips moving, unable to make out what she was saying.
What should one do to silence a woman who wouldn't stop talking?
Kiss her! The simplest and most straightforward method!
Jin Chengyan pulled Jono into his embrace, one hand gripping the back of her head as he leaned in and kissed her.
From the moment he came to the C City airport to pick her up, it had caught her off guard. He had carried her and shoved her into the helicopter, and now he was kissing her without any explanation—everything was beyond Jono's expectations.
Wasn't he supposed to like Ruan Shengyu? He had even married her for ulterior motives. Now this man was kissing her!
Naturally, Jono refused; this inexplicable feeling made her extremely uncomfortable!
She pounded on Jin Chengyan's chest with all her might, trying to make him let go of her.
Jono's punches had some force behind them, enough that Jin Chengyan struggled to withstand them. He had no choice but to release her lips while grabbing hold of Jono's hands that were relentlessly hitting him.
"Now it seems you prefer a more intense approach!" Jin Chengyan leaned closer to Jono's ear, and because he was so near, Jono could hear what he was saying.
However, after a moment of reaction, Jono realized the deeper meaning behind those words.
"Jin Chengyan, you rogue!" Everything he was doing now was unlike what Jin Chengyan should be doing; it was more like that of a... downright bandit!
To his surprise, Jin Chengyan laughed instead of getting angry, holding Jono tightly in his embrace.
"You've seen me act like a rogue before." His hand roamed over her waist, and through the thin fabric of her clothing, she could feel the heat of his palm.
In front of them were two men piloting the helicopter, with no barriers in sight. At that moment, as Jin Chengyan spoke to her in such a manner, her face turned as red as an apple, wishing she could dig a hole and hide!
Jono struggled in Jin Chengyan's arms; if they maintained this position, the two men in front would surely turn around and see them—how embarrassing that would be!
But Jin Chengyan refused to let go of Jono. As she squirmed in his embrace, it seemed to touch a nerve within him, causing his expression to shift slightly... awkwardly?
"Jono, stop moving," Jin Chengyan whispered reproachfully. This wasn't a good place; although the two men were wearing headphones and there was considerable noise inside the helicopter, he wasn't accustomed to behaving like this in unfamiliar surroundings...
Jono completely missed Jin Chengyan's discomfort; she continued to struggle, determined not to remain in his arms. She wanted to get off the helicopter!
"Let me go! Do your family know how domineering you are? You kidnapped me from C City! Do you even realize I was working there? I don't want to..." be with you.
Before she could finish her sentence, Jono felt something pressing against her. Her face flushed even deeper!
Jin Chengyan, this creature driven by primal instincts, had reacted to her in the helicopter with two men still present.
Seeing Jono's face change rapidly, he also ceased his movements. She sat quietly yet anxiously in his embrace, which relieved him somewhat.
This little one finally stopped moving!
"I was just thinking, if you move again, no matter where we are, I'll take care of you!" Jin Chengyan said, his hand slipping into Jono's clothing, skillfully finding what he desired.
Jono closed his eyes, burying his head in Jin Chengyan's shoulder. It was truly too embarrassing.
Fortunately, she was facing away from the two pilots in front; otherwise, watching them would only make her more anxious!
But the most infuriating one was still Jin Chengyan. How could he do this at a time like this!
"Let go of me!" Jono whispered. If this continued, who knew if he would be unable to hold back? It would take them two hours to return to Qin Cheng; did that mean they had to endure this for two hours?

This man! It was clearly his desire for such an outcome, yet he still wanted her to remain silent!
However, Jin Chengyan knew that Jono was shy and decided to stop at the right moment. He coaxed and teased her until she felt comfortable, and in the end, his voice was perfectly muffled as they kissed.
After that, Jono felt completely embarrassed. No matter how Jin Chengyan tried to engage her, she simply refused to respond!
To her surprise, Jono discovered that the helicopter did not head towards Qin Cheng but instead landed on the rooftop helipad of a five-star hotel in C City. The two pilots were the first to exit the helicopter, leaving the space for Jono and Jin Chengyan.
Jin Chengyan was truly insatiable; how could he be satisfied with just that?
Once everyone else had left, Jin Chengyan became even bolder, pressing down on Jono and taking what he desired.
When Jono finally woke up, she found herself refreshed but lying naked on the bed of the hotel presidential suite.
She recalled their moments in the helicopter, in the elevator, in the bathroom, and finally in bed…
Why had she ended up succumbing to Jin Chengyan when she had intended to refuse him?
Feeling ashamed, she buried her head under the covers, only to hear a voice from not far away.
"Stop hiding; I've seen every inch of you."
With a flushed face, Jono pulled the blanket down from her head and saw Jin Chengyan wearing nothing but a pair of dress pants, with his zipper undone. His shirt hung loosely on him as if it could be blown away by a gust of wind. The sight of his unbuttoned shirt revealed a physique that was utterly captivating!
On his chest were marks left by Jono's earlier actions.
Seeing this made Jono retreat back under the covers once again.

Jono was truly about to drive herself crazy, huddled under the blanket and refusing to come out.
The man, satisfied, felt a wave of joy wash over him. He had just experienced a connection with Jono that was unlike anything he had felt before, indicating that the woman in bed still held him in her heart.
He zipped up his pants, not bothering to button his shirt, and walked over to sit at the edge of the bed, pulling down the blanket covering Jono's face.
"Get up now; I’m taking you out tonight. Didn’t you say you were coming to work?" Jin Chengyan's voice was filled with delight, but the more cheerful he sounded, the more shy Jono felt.
She quickly turned over, facing away from Jin Chengyan, burying her head deeper into the blanket.
As she turned, her smooth back was fully exposed. Jin Chengyan couldn’t help but swallow hard as he gazed at Jono’s delicate skin. It was as if he were a man who hadn’t seen a woman in centuries; all he could think about was wanting to sleep with her—he absolutely had to sleep with her.
This was an experience Jin Chengyan had never had before!
His hand gently brushed against Jono's back, eliciting a soft gasp from her.
"If you don’t get up soon, I wouldn’t mind having another round with you—or maybe two... or three..."
Upon hearing this, Jono shot up immediately. The velvet blanket slipped off her body due to her sudden movement, exposing her milky skin to the air.
All of her beauty fell into Jin Chengyan's gaze.
"How about we just stay here in the hotel instead?"
"Can you be a little less lewd? I feel so weak because of you; can I... hold back a bit?" Jono pulled up the blanket to cover herself.
Jin Chengyan chuckled softly, caressing Jono's face. "But sweetheart, you’re just too beautiful. When I’m with you, I can’t think of anything else!"
He was utterly captivated, feeling more and more entranced by her!
Jono didn’t know whether to be angry or flustered!
"Get away, I need to get dressed!" Jono pushed Jin Chengyan aside, got out of bed, and wrapped the entire blanket around himself to keep Jin Chengyan from seeing.
Jin Chengyan's laughter grew louder, and Jono's little tantrum only made him happier. Why had he never noticed how adorable Jono was before?
After washing up, Jono stepped out to find a row of high-end custom dresses laid out outside the suite. Where was this person planning to take him today?
Dressed in a suit, Jin Chengyan stood in front of the clothes, looking quite dashing himself.
Describing Jin Chengyan as a refined rogue was the perfect fit.
In a suit, he was the most serious businessman, a strategist making crucial decisions. But without it, Jono couldn't help but laugh; was there anyone more shameless than him?
Jono was still wearing the hotel bathrobe because he had no idea where his clothes had gone after Jin Chengyan had taken them off.
"How about this one?" Jin Chengyan picked up a royal blue strapless gown but didn't wait for Jono's response before dismissing it. "No, it's a bit cold; you can't wear a strapless dress."
Mainly because it revealed too much, with a large expanse of skin exposed. No way could he let Jono's beautiful skin be seen by others.
Last time Jono wore the dress Jasper had given her, her entire back was exposed, and so many men were staring at her that Jin Chengyan felt like gouging their eyes out!
"This one looks good!" Jin Chengyan picked up another dress with a collar and three-quarter sleeves.
Jono had no objections. "But where are you taking me?"
"I heard from people at the company that you signed a contract with Jasper. I told you before that Jasper is an absolute businessman; if you collaborate with him, he'll skin you alive. So I'm here to keep an eye on things."
Jin Chengyan had originally planned to take Jono back to C City without worrying about Jasper or any collaboration. Did Jono really need all that when they were together?
Wasn't it nice just to quietly be the boss's partner?
But thinking about it, if Jono really wanted to do this, or one day suddenly remembered, things would become much simpler.
Jono listened to Jin Chengyan's words with a hint of surprise. Was Jin Chengyan planning to help him?
However, Jono thought for a moment. Qiao's Architecture was now under the Jin Family name; Jin Chengyan's actions were likely for his own company as well!
Jono held the formal attire in his hands and suddenly asked, "What if I want to take back the Qiao Family..."
"From now on, everything I have is yours. If you want the Qiao Family, I will have someone handle it immediately," Jin Chengyan said earnestly.
But Jono knew that by giving him everything so unreservedly, Jin Chengyan expected him to reciprocate in kind.
Sure enough, Jono heard Jin Chengyan continue, "As long as you stay by my side, all of this will be yours."
As long as she stayed by his side, everything would be within reach.
Jono did not respond and went into the room to change into the formal attire.

Not long ago, he had nervously offered his heart to Ruan Shengyu, only to receive no response from her.

“Not nice,” Jin Chengyan replied with a serious face.
Reluctantly, Jono went to change her dress.
As Jin Chengyan looked at the row of dresses, he suddenly laughed. When did he become so concerned about what Jono wore?
In the past, when Ruan Shengyu acted in intimate scenes or attended award ceremonies wearing revealing outfits, Jin Chengyan would feel a bit unhappy but never like this. He truly couldn’t bear the thought of anyone else looking at Jono!
What a strange sense of masculinity.
In the end, Jono wore a dress that was conservative from top to bottom and front to back; nothing that shouldn’t be shown was revealed. Even what should have been exposed was tightly wrapped inside.
In truth, Jono didn’t want to wear revealing clothes either because that rascal Jin Chengyan had left quite a few marks on her body. Of course, those on her neck were light and barely visible; it was just the ones on her chest... best not to mention them. After all, that man in bed was simply overwhelming!
Jin Chengyan said he wanted to take Jono to broaden her horizons and help her explore, so he really brought Jono to a banquet in C City that only a few families could attend. After all, Jono had no idea how Jin Chengyan managed to get an invitation!
However, once inside, Jono was surprised to find Xining there as well, and of course, Jasper was also present.
When Xining saw Jono, she immediately ran over.
"Jono, I thought I would never see you again!" She recalled how Jin Chengyan had taken Jono away that afternoon with such determination.
Jono smiled and waved, her gaze drifting past Xining to meet Jasper's in the air.
Seeing this exchange, Jin Chengyan felt a slight annoyance.
