"Jono, are you sure you want me to wear this?" Jin Chengyan looked skeptically at the couple's sweatshirt that Jono had brought out for him. Although it was a low-key black color, Jin Chengyan was already past the age for wearing such clothes.
"Aren't you going to wear it? If you don't, I'll have someone else wear it!" Jono was already dressed in a women's sweatshirt, paired with jeans and a pair of Air Jordans, looking every bit like a vibrant college student, youthful and sunny.
Hearing Jono say that, Jin Chengyan immediately snatched the sweatshirt from Jono's hands.
"Try wearing couple outfits with another man!" Jin Chengyan obediently took off his home clothes, put on a fitted shirt underneath, and then slipped on the sweatshirt. The size fit him perfectly!
Jono had also prepared matching Air Jordans for him. When they stood in front of the mirror together, they really looked like one of those couples you see in college.
Jono was youthful and charming, while Jin Chengyan didn’t look a day over thirty.
She took out her phone and snapped a picture of the two of them in the mirror.
"We haven't taken a photo together yet!" Jono saved the picture.
"In a few days, I'll take you to get wedding photos. I know it's cliché, but I'm just an ordinary person; I can't escape the ordinary," Jin Chengyan said as he half-embraced Jono and gently kissed her cheek.
Jono smiled in response.
"Let's go on a date today. We've been together for so long, but we haven't gone on a proper date. I don't feel like I'm in love at all," Jono said, tugging at the hem of Jin Chengyan's shirt playfully.
At first, Jin Chengyan found Jono's girlish demeanor somewhat... uncomfortable. But after a couple of days, he found himself completely unable to resist it.
She would secretly change out the blankets he had used and leave her own cups around, filled with her sweet and indulgent drinks.
She would apply a thick layer of shaving foam on his face in the morning, and when he touched it, his hand would get all messy.
She would also sneak in kisses on his eyelids while he was asleep.

This Jono was real and adorable, allowing Jin Chengyan to experience a taste of love he had never felt before.
Today, Jono said she wanted to go on a date with him.
In fact, this was Jin Chengyan's first date.

Jin Chengyan walked outside with Jono, saying, "There's no rush; we have a lifetime to take our time with everything."
Jono, who was following him, suddenly fell silent.
Yes, time is so long.
But the time they truly spent together was so short.
"Let me drive today; you don't even know where we're going," Jono said as he took Jin Chengyan's car keys and hopped into the driver's seat.
After that, Jono drove them to Qin Cheng's pedestrian street, bustling with couples, friends, elderly people, and children walking together.
Among them were couples wearing matching outfits like Jin Chengyan and Jono. Initially worried about feeling awkward, Jin Chengyan soon realized that no one was paying attention to them.
If anyone did glance their way, it was merely to admire how well-suited the two looked together.
Jono placed his hand in the palm of Jin Chengyan's while wrapping his other arm around his.
"Don't you feel especially happy?" Jono asked, tilting his head back and smiling at him.
Jin Chengyan lowered his gaze slightly and met Jono's smiling face.
Alright, Jin Chengyan admitted that being with Jono made him happy no matter what they were doing.
He didn't deny that there had been physical chemistry between them before, but now, beyond that physical connection, there was a profound unity of souls.
He knew that Jono was the woman he could spend his life with!
"I really wish that you were the one I met from the very beginning." After missing out on so many years and so many wonderful things, Jin Chengyan was already in his thirties!
Yet, he felt that even if he spent many more years with Jono in the future, it would never be enough. It wasn't greed; he genuinely believed that a lifetime was too short and their time together was too little.
"Alright, now I'm going to take you to experience how young people date these days!" With that, Jono took Jin Chengyan's hand and walked ahead.
They snacked along the way, made chocolates at a chocolate shop, bought matching phone cases at a jewelry store, took pictures in front of a photo booth, and engaged in various DIY activities...
After wandering around the pedestrian street, Jono didn't feel tired at all; in fact, she was particularly excited.
Could it be that women are naturally better at shopping than men? No matter how far they walk, they never feel exhausted?
Jono stuffed the last octopus ball from the box into Jin Chengyan's mouth, leaving some sauce at the corner of his lips.
She reached out, wiped away the sauce from his mouth, then licked it off her finger.

Jono checked the time. "At this hour, we definitely won't make it to the museum. How about we go to the amusement park instead? The amusement park is open at night too! I want to ride the carousel and the Ferris wheel." With that, Jono grabbed Jin Chengyan's hand and started walking.
In truth, Jin Chengyan was reluctant. The carousel and Ferris wheel—weren't those things meant for children?
But today, he had done so many couple-like activities with Jono!
He didn't feel disgusted by it; in fact, he found it quite novel and was immersed in the experience.
Jono seemed particularly reckless with time, running two red lights along the way.
So Jin Chengyan reminded her, "Wife, we're not in a hurry. If we can't make it, we can always come back tomorrow."
Jono acted as if she hadn't heard him and maintained her quick pace.
"Jono?" Jin Chengyan called out again.
She finally came to her senses and explained, "I remember that the amusement park doesn't allow evening guests in after six-thirty. If we go now, we should make it in time. We have other things to do tomorrow!"
There were so many things she wanted to do with Jin Chengyan, and she was genuinely worried about running out of time!
"If you really want to go, I can contact them and ask them to extend the closing time, or we could clear the park and have it just for the two of us," Mr. Jin said, displaying his wealthy and willful nature.
"Don't be ridiculous! How can we have fun in the amusement park with just the two of us? It’s supposed to be lively with lots of people around!" She thought about it; a deserted amusement park with just the two of them would indeed be quite eerie.
With all the rides operating and only the two of them...
Fortunately, they arrived just ten minutes before closing time, becoming the last batch of visitors allowed into the park.
As expected, it was just as Jono had said—having more people made it much more enjoyable and created a lively atmosphere.
Jono grabbed Jin Chengyan's hand and insisted on buying a Mickey headband for each of them. She forcefully placed one on his head...
He initially refused, but seeing a couple nearby wearing the same headbands made him realize they didn't look that bad after all. So he let Jono put it on him.
Jono then declared she wanted to ride the carousel, and she really went for it. Jin Chengyan felt he couldn't join her; all the riders were children, and if he got on, he might scare them!
So Jono compromised and let him stand outside to watch her.
However, Jin Chengyan couldn't shake off an uneasy feeling, especially when Jono disappeared from his sight as she turned to the other side. He had this nagging sensation that he might lose her.
He feared that when she turned back around, Jono might no longer be on the carousel.
As Jono stepped down from the carousel, he held her tightly.
She had no idea that within just a few minutes, his heart had gone through a tumultuous storm.
Arriving in front of the Ferris wheel, Jono first pushed Jin Chengyan up. Just as he was about to reach out to pull Jono inside with him, she suddenly exclaimed, "I dropped my phone outside!"
The Ferris wheel began to rise slowly, and Jin Chengyan wanted to get off, but Jono closed the door.
"Jono—"
Jono smiled at Jin Chengyan, watching him ascend higher and higher before turning away.
Inside the Ferris wheel, Jin Chengyan gazed into the night, watching as Jono's figure faded into the crowd. Was she leaving?
