Faced with Samuel's sudden breakdown, Jonas felt a wave of confusion and helplessness wash over him. He couldn't comprehend what had just happened, why a trained technician would collapse like this. The scene before him was filled with unease and bewilderment, but he knew that what needed to be done was to make quick decisions to ensure the entire team wouldn't fall into greater danger due to this unexpected mental collapse. 0

"Take him back, now!" Jonas calmly ordered several mercenaries, his tone leaving no room for argument. The mercenaries sprang into action, carefully lifting the still-paralyzed Samuel from the ground. Allison anxiously watched Samuel, still trying to soothe his emotions with gentle words, but her efforts seemed to have little effect. 0

"Allison, you go back with them," Jonas added. "Return to the small outpost near the entrance; it's better lit there. Give Samuel ample space to rest; perhaps it will help him calm down." 0

Allison nodded, her heart full of worry, but she understood that Jonas's decision was for the safety of the entire team. "I'll keep in touch," she promised Jonas before following the mercenaries as they helped Samuel retreat. 0

Watching Allison and the mercenaries gradually disappear into the dark tunnel, Jonas's mood remained heavy. He knew this decision might cost the team a medical expert, but he had no choice; what mattered most now was ensuring that the remaining members could focus on facing the unknown challenges ahead. 0

Jonas turned and walked toward Isabella. She stood by the altar, her face showing a hint of hesitation and unease, clearly shaken by what had just transpired. Jonas knew it was time to calmly assess the entire mission. 0

"Isabella," Jonas said softly, his tone carrying a note of seriousness, "I need to ask you if we should continue moving forward. I must remind you that based on our current situation, we have far too little information. If we go further, we don't know what we'll encounter; this place is filled with unknown dangers." 0

Isabella remained silent for a few seconds, her gaze shifting between the altar, Mocus, and the other team members. She understood Jonas's concerns and recognized that his advice was based on professional judgment. Yet at the same time, she felt torn inside. The scientist within her resisted giving up, especially when they might be close to a significant discovery. 0

"Jonas, I understand your worries," Isabella finally spoke, her tone reflecting a decisive calmness. "But we can't back down at this moment. The success of the Light Activation Project is crucial for all of us; we must find clues related to the Super Cell." 0

Upon hearing Isabella's response, Jonas felt an immediate intensification of anxiety in his chest. He lowered his voice in an attempt to convey the gravity of their situation. "Isabella, it's not that simple. Everyone's emotions... you've seen it too?" His voice carried an unmistakable weight of concern and pressure. 0

Isabella sensed Jonas's tension and followed his gaze toward the nearby mercenaries. The remaining two or three mercenaries stood not far away, their expressions clearly filled with anxiety and unease. These trained warriors appeared lost at this moment. From their constantly darting eyes, Isabella could tell they were mentally strained by this eerie cave and the inexplicable events unfolding around them. 0

Jonas's gaze returned to Isabella, a flicker of pleading in his eyes. "They are my most trusted brothers, but right now... you can see their condition isn't good. If we continue like this, we might face even greater danger." 0

A flicker of unease crossed Isabella's mind; Jonas's words had undoubtedly pointed out the concerns she harbored within. She also noticed Mocus, who had been acting strangely, standing not far away with an inexplicable excitement and obsession on his face. His eyes sparkled with an unusual light, as if he had already been captivated by the mysterious power of the cave. 0

Moreover, the entire cave environment made her feel an overwhelming sense of oppression and anxiety. The damp, cold air and the unknown scents drifting around intensified the fear and anxiety that loomed over everyone. Even she could not help but feel a wave of uncontrollable tension, as if the rising tide was gradually soaking into her nerves. 0

Her gaze swept over the anxious mercenaries once more; their fingers instinctively tightened around their weapons, their eyes darting about as if they were ready to confront an unknown threat at any moment. This scene made Isabella realize that this cave brought not only the exploration of the unknown but also a test of humanity's deepest fears. 0

"I understand your concerns, Jonas," Isabella's voice grew low, tinged with a hint of helplessness and hesitation. "Everything here... truly evokes anxiety, even fear. I can feel this pressure too." 0

She took a deep breath, her inner conflict and struggle reaching a peak at that moment. As a scientist, she yearned to uncover the secrets of this cave, to find clues related to the Super Cell, and to achieve the goals of the Light Activation Project. However, the current situation forced her to reconsider the cost of all this. 0

"But we have come this far," she finally said, her tone a mixture of resignation and determination. "We cannot just give up. The Light Activation Project is too important for all of us; no matter what difficulties we face, we must persevere." 0

Jonas looked into her eyes; his inner anxiety did not dissipate with her words. He understood Isabella's resolve but also knew that this expedition might be far more dangerous than they had anticipated. And this danger might already be causing irreparable damage to each of their souls. 0

"Alright," Jonas finally nodded, his tone carrying a hint of uneasy compromise. "We will continue forward, but you need to know that if things spiral out of control, we must retreat immediately without any hesitation." 0

Isabella slowly nodded, the pressure and anxiety within her still lingering. But she knew this was the only choice. The cave before them seemed like a door to the unknown, and they could not resist the allure of the mysterious power hidden behind it; regardless of the cost, they could only choose to move forward. 0
