Liu Juan was immersed in the joy of being accepted into her dream school, but little did she expect that just outside the school gate, she would be grabbed and silenced, her acceptance letter falling to the ground. She wanted to fight back, but several strong men held her down. Before long, she was knocked out by ether and dragged into a car, taken to a manor owned by Wei Ran.
Inside the manor, Liu Juan was tormented by those men in turns, while Wei Ran recorded the scene, threatening to upload the video online to ruin her. Despair filled Liu Juan as she watched the men viciously assaulting her. Seizing an opportunity, she bit down hard on one of their ears.
The man screamed in pain and kicked her, furious and red-eyed as he used a knife to slice off her ear. "This bitch must be a dog! Make sure to teach her a lesson!" Wei Ran promised them double the payment, telling them that Liu Juan was a skilled fighter with a tough body, encouraging them to have their way with her.
The man who had his ear bitten off was filled with hatred. After slapping Liu Juan several times without relief, he heard Wei Ran's command. With Liu Juan at their mercy, he began to unleash his fury upon her. Without hesitation, he severed her other ear and rummaged through the car for fishing line. He instructed the others to hold Liu Juan down tightly as they sewed her mouth shut.
"Let’s see you bite now! I’ll make sure you can’t!" Liu Juan fainted from the excruciating pain but was jolted awake again. Blood mixed with tears and sweat continuously dripped from her body onto her lips, intensifying her agony.
Wei Ran couldn't help but laugh heartily, adding, "It's fine, we can sew your ears back together. I know the best ENT doctor in the city. Once we're done here, I'll take you to him, and he'll fix you right up."
The pain was so intense that it overwhelmed Liu Juan's senses, bringing her back to reality with a surge of strength. In a frenzy, she grabbed the knife they had used against her and began swinging it wildly. One man lost his left eye, while another was injured in the groin.
This infuriated everyone. They forced more drugs into Liu Juan and subjected her to even worse torment. The unparalleled agony rendered her unable to think clearly. The man who had lost an eye, in a fit of rage, stabbed at Liu Juan's face with his knife.
With both of her eyes pierced, Liu Juan rolled on the ground in pain. In the chaos, the knife struck her throat's artery, causing blood to gush out uncontrollably. Yet he still wouldn't relent. Realizing things had spiraled out of control, Wei Ran shouted for them to stop.
But in their fury, the others had completely lost their sense of restraint. They continued to stab at Liu Juan, who was convulsing from the pain. By the time they regained their senses, Liu Juan lay motionless on the grass, surrounded by a dark red pool of blood.
Panic set in for Wei Ran and the others. With no way to turn back now and realizing they were in a remote area surrounded by dense vegetation, they decided to dig a hole right there and bury Liu Juan.
Thinking of ways to move Liu Juan's body once the commotion died down, Yue Qing had spent the entire day at the Clothing Store. She designed several new outfits for her daughter, Liu Juan, intending to give them to her when she reported to school. She wanted Liu Juan to look presentable and not be looked down upon by her classmates.
Yue Qing had never attended college, and her greatest wish in life was for Liu Juan to be able to go. Liu Juan did not disappoint her; she finally got accepted into the university of her dreams. Lost in the joy of her daughter's success, Yue Qing was completely unaware that Liu Juan was already dead outside.
"Qing Jie, you finally decided to buy Crab Roe Rice! Why didn't you share with us today?" one of her friends teased.
"Yeah, usually when we want some, you say kids can't eat too much or they'll get stuffed. Turns out you were saving it for yourself!" another chimed in.
"Qing Jie is usually so stingy; I almost thought my ears were playing tricks on me today," they joked. Yue Qing knew they were just teasing, but she wasn't going to let them have the last word.
