The two of them slowly approached the wrecked Alien Spaceship, its surface flickering with a faint blue glow, as if it were the last sign of life within this ancient machine. Jonas walked ahead, maintaining a heightened sense of alertness, his weapon ready to respond to any potential threat. However, Isabella's steps began to grow heavy, as if she were being pulled by some invisible force. 0

Suddenly, a deep, malevolent voice surged into her mind. The whispers were no longer vague murmurs but clear and filled with piercing malice. They seemed to seep from the wreckage of the ship, carrying a chilling presence that struck at her very soul. The voice recounted tales as if revealing the horrors hidden deep within the ship. 0

"They came here... thinking they could conquer the unknown realms... but in the end, only fear and suffering remained." 0

The voice was cold and somber, detailing the fate of those alien beings, causing Isabella to involuntarily hold her breath. Images suddenly flashed before her eyes—creatures screaming and howling, ensnared by dark Worms, meeting their doom in extreme pain and terror. Each image bore an inescapable despair that pierced her heart like a sharp blade. 0

"Do you hear it? Their fear fills every corner... Their despair is so sweet; I relish the taste of fear..." 0

Isabella's head felt as though it had been struck hard, intense pain surging with the whispers. She pressed her hands against her forehead, trying to expel these voices from her mind, but they clung on relentlessly like black parasites gripping her consciousness. 0

"Their deaths... you can feel it too, can't you? That tearing pain, that despair of falling into the abyss—all of it... is our masterpiece." 0

Each word seemed to provoke the deepest fears within her, attempting to unravel her sanity. Isabella gritted her teeth, fighting to stay awake, but the evil whispers incessantly eroded her resolve, tempting her to succumb to this indescribable darkness. 0

"You will feel all of this too... This is not the end; it is merely the beginning." 0

Her heart raced, cold sweat forming on her palms. The whispers carried a sinister mockery, as if they had already foreseen her fate. 0

As Jonas and Isabella reached the Hatch, the scene before them was breathtakingly unsettling. The Hatch was covered in an intricate array of unknown symbols; though unfamiliar, they bore some resemblance to the Indigenous symbols they had seen earlier. Isabella stared at those engravings, her thoughts drifting back to the stories they had heard in the tribe—visitors from beyond, Black Rope Deity, beings mistaken for gods. Those legends seemed to materialize before her eyes, filling her with a chilling sensation. 0

When she extended her finger and lightly touched the Hatch, a powerful surge of memories hit her instantly—like countless shattered images flashing through her mind. Her eyes widened as her body stiffened in paralysis, as if she had been drawn into an alien nightmare. 0

First, there was the scene of the Alien Ship plummeting rapidly. The hull burned fiercely in the atmosphere, emitting a sharp, grating sound that made one’s teeth ache. Inside the ship, chaos reigned. Tall, strange bipedal creatures rushed around the cabin, their grayish-white skin glistening under the dim lights, with enormous, vacant eyes and two slender tentacles extending from their backs. Isabella felt her heart race; these were indeed the ship's masters. She could clearly see their anxious and fearful expressions as they desperately tried to regain control of the out-of-control vessel, attempting to avert disaster. 0

However, the most terrifying moment was not the ship's descent but when the experimental tubes inside suddenly exploded. The Black Worms within seemed to have lost their confinement and swiftly burst forth from the tubes, wrapping around the tall beings. The Worms writhed madly on the bodies of those alien creatures, biting and burrowing beneath their skin. The agonized screams of those beings echoed throughout the cabin as they struggled to shake off the Worms, but it was too late. The Worms slithered through their veins and muscles, ultimately seizing control of their bodies, transforming these former masters of the ship into mindless zombies. 0

Inside the cabin, blood and chaos reigned. Isabella felt as if she were part of it all, witnessing those massive alien beings collapse and contort until each was completely consumed by the Worms. The ship lost all control amidst the struggle between the alien beings and the Black Worms, hurtling toward the ground and crashing deep within this primeval jungle. 0

Isabella gasped for breath, her body trembling slightly as she pulled away from that horrifying memory. She let her hand drop from the Hatch, still in a state of intense shock. The Black Worms were not only creations of the aliens but also their doom. And those Indigenous ancestors had mistakenly regarded these fallen visitors as deities, unaware that these "gods" had once been victims of fear and darkness themselves. 0

Jonas, watching Isabella’s transformation beside her, furrowed his brow in concern, sensing something was amiss. Isabella’s face was pale; her hands still trembled as she murmured softly, “This… is far beyond our understanding…” 0

Jonas looked at Isabella, his brow knitted with worry. Her earlier reaction had been unusual, as if she had experienced an unimaginable shock. He stepped closer and asked quietly, “Isabella, what did you just see? What happened?” 0

Isabella’s gaze remained fixed on the Hatch, seemingly lost in memories of those images that had just surged forth in her mind. Slowly turning her head to face Jonas, her expression bore traces of fatigue and shock, as if that memory weighed heavily on her heart. 0

“I… I saw the moment when the Alien Ship fell…” Her voice trembled as she tried to gather her thoughts. “They… those masters of the ship were destroyed by these Black Worms.” 0

The gravity of Jonas’s expression deepened; he still didn’t understand. “Who are they? What are these Black Worms?” he pressed for clarification. 0

Taking a deep breath, Isabella revealed a profound fear in her eyes. “They… are not the gods we imagined, nor are they like the mythical Black Rope Deity. They are extraterrestrial beings that fell from the sky. They tried to take control of this ship, but when the experimental tubes burst open, it released these Black Worms. Those Worms… they parasitize these alien beings, devouring their will until they become monsters like this.” 0

Listening intently, Jonas felt that things were even stranger and more dangerous than he had previously thought. “Are these Worms also responsible for our team members going insane?” He attempted to connect these clues. 0

Isabella nodded slowly, her tone filled with unease. “I believe so; they not only erode bodies but also control people’s wills until their hosts completely collapse. This might be why Mocus and Samuel underwent such transformations…” Her voice quivered slightly as scenes of Mocus being controlled by a Worm flickered in her mind. 0

Jonas fell silent for a moment, a chill passing through his heart. He looked at Isabella, his tone low and serious. "Can you still hold on? Are these voices controlling you?" 0

Isabella forced a bitter smile, her gaze returning to Hatch as if trying to compel herself to remain calm. "They are tempting me, whispering incessantly... but I know I cannot give in. My time is running out, Jonas. I must quickly find the source of these Worms and uncover the secret of the Super Cell, or everything will become meaningless." 0

Jonas pondered for a moment before nodding. Although his heart was filled with doubts and worries, he understood the situation—they could no longer easily back out. "Then let's continue, Isabella... But remember, if you feel anything unusual, I will stop you from walking down the path of Mocus, no matter what." His tone was stern, laced with determination. 0

Isabella nodded, a complex smile gracing her face. She understood Jonas's resolve; perhaps she could not escape such a fate, but at least there was one last stretch of road ahead—she had to see it through to the end. 0
