When I woke up again, I found myself surrounded by cold stone walls and iron bars, the unfamiliar environment leaving me in a daze. I tried to move my body, but my limbs felt weak and my head was heavy. 0

I closed my eyes, attempting to recall what had happened before, but my memories were like scattered beads on a broken string—fragmented and impossible to piece together. I remembered… I remembered being locked in a cage with a White Tiger, and then… what happened next? 0

I rubbed my aching temples, trying to find a clue. Suddenly, a sharp pain shot through my body from all directions, making it nearly impossible to breathe. Looking down, I saw that my body was covered in wounds, and my clothes were tattered and torn. 0

"What is happening?" I cried out in terror. 0

At that moment, a tall and powerful orc appeared before me. He had beast-like features, with eyes as big as brass bells and sharp fangs, yet he possessed human intelligence. Dressed in crude leather armor and holding a thick wooden club, he looked incredibly fierce. 0

He grabbed me roughly, examining me like prey. The pain made it hard for me to speak; all I could do was plead with my eyes for him to spare me. 0

"Please… please…" I managed to utter a few words with great difficulty. 0

But the orc seemed unwilling to let me go. He grinned widely, revealing his sharp fangs, and raised the club as if to strike me. 0

Just then, a deafening roar echoed through the dungeon, shaking the very ground beneath us. The orc suddenly released me, his face contorted in fear as he quickly fled the cage. 0

I collapsed weakly onto the ground and saw the White Tiger charging toward me. Its form was agile, its fur as white as snow, and its gaze radiated authority and dominance. It approached me and gently licked my wounds. Though its touch was tender, I could still feel the pain gradually subsiding. 0

Under its care, my injuries began to heal. I started to try standing up and moving around, discovering that I had regained much of my strength. The White Tiger stayed close by my side, seemingly protecting me. 0

It was then that I noticed a strange mark on my body—a brand of the Beast King. Suddenly it dawned on me that the reason the orcs had not attacked me was because of this mark. The Beast King was the very White Tiger I had saved in the forest. 0

I couldn't recall how I had left the dungeon; all I knew was that when I woke up again, I found myself lying in a small wooden cabin. Soft bedding covered me, and my wounds had been carefully bandaged. As I looked around, I realized this was an unfamiliar place filled with a faint floral fragrance that brought comfort and peace. 0

Stepping outside the cabin, I discovered myself in a dense forest where sunlight filtered through the leaves onto me, warming my skin pleasantly. I didn't know where this place was or where the White Tiger had gone, but my heart brimmed with gratitude and respect. 0

"Thank you for saving me," I whispered softly as if the White Tiger could hear my words. 0

I understood that I had struggled on the brink of death and had been abandoned by someone I once loved deeply. But fortunately, I encountered this kind Beast King who not only saved me but also helped me regain my courage and hope for life. 0

At that moment, I resolved to forget everything from my past and start anew. I would find work to support myself and distance myself from those who had once hurt me—beginning my journey of life afresh. 0
