I received a package in the morning. Upon opening it, I found a letter and several small items, including the wristband I used to wear while playing basketball in high school, a guitar pick, and a few photos… I wondered which friend was trying to indulge in nostalgia with me. As I picked up the envelope and took a look, I was stunned. The letter was sent from ten years ago, and the elegant, flowing handwriting looked familiar. When I saw the sender's name, my heart skipped a beat, and a tomboyish face floated into my mind. 0

"No way, after all this time, are they still trying to mess with me?" 0

Ten years ago, I was still in my senior year of high school. Because of my poor grades and lackadaisical attitude, my homeroom teacher had banished me to the back row. No one wanted to sit next to me, so I ended up alone with the trash can as my only companion. 0

Three days after school started, a new student transferred from another school. This student had a very androgynous style—short hair that was neither long nor short, fair skin, bright eyes, and wearing a denim jacket. The girls in class were all starry-eyed, probably thinking that finally a handsome guy had joined our class. 0

Our homeroom teacher seemed to know her well and glared at her: "Wei Ziyang, you can see your house from here. You’re late on your first day of class?" 0

She raised an eyebrow and shot back at the teacher: "You can see the sun from here too; why don’t you go up and try?" 0

The whole class gasped; everyone thought this girl was done for. Our homeroom teacher had a notorious temper and once fought off three delinquents at the school gate—it was quite a violent scene. 0

No one expected the teacher to just wave her hand dismissively: "Find yourself a seat; we’re starting math class now." 0

The new student walked straight over to me, casually shoved her backpack into the drawer, took off her earphones dangling from her ears, pulled out her math book, and stared at the podium. I greeted her: "Hey there, you should be careful; our homeroom teacher loves…" 0

She shot me a disdainful glance: "Who are you calling 'hey there'?" 0

My mouth nearly dropped open; she was actually a girl! Damn, she was so full of herself. 0

Even though we were desk mates, we barely spoke more than ten sentences in a week. She always acted cool—either listening to music or reading manga, occasionally doodling in her notebook. On Thursday afternoon, she made herself a bowl of noodles and spilled some soup on the table. She turned to me and said, "Hey, hand me a piece of paper." 0

I nearly spat blood and protested loudly, "My name is Jiao Xiaohai, not 'Sex Focus'!" 0

She waved her hand impatiently, "Paper!" 0

I handed her a tissue with great annoyance. She wiped the table, crumpled the tissue into a ball, and tossed it into the trash can, retaliating at an even louder volume, "Why shout so loud? Is 'Sex Focus' that impressive?" 0

The classmates around us erupted in laughter, and thus this unpleasant and suggestive nickname followed me all the way to the college entrance examination. That was the first time I had a conflict with her. 0

The second time was in Microcomputer Class. The boys loved playing computer games, and every time the teacher was lecturing, we would connect online to play CS. 0

Just as we were having a great time, my best friend Zhou Tong raised his hand, "Teacher, my computer crashed." 0

As soon as Zhou Tong finished speaking, complaints echoed throughout the classroom: "Mine crashed too," "This row is all down," "Me too, me too..." 0

The Microcomputer Class teacher was somewhat incompetent; after fiddling for a long time without success, he turned red with anxiety and asked desperately, "Is there anyone whose computer is still working?" 0

Feeling very embarrassed, I looked around and realized that mine was the only one still functioning in the entire Computer Lab. 0

Wei Ziyang, who was sitting next to me, stood up and said, "Jiao Xiaohai's is still working." 0

The teacher rushed over to me and asked a soul-piercing question: "Everyone's crashed; why are you still okay?" 0

I forced a pale smile and replied, "Maybe... my vitality is just strong." 0

I never expected that Wei Ziyang would snatch my mouse, quickly clicking through my browsing history and declaring, "Teacher, he's the one who brought the virus. He's been looking at adult websites." 0

In that instant, countless heads leaned in closer. On my screen, the Western Girl was disheveled, striking seductive poses, and I wished I could find a hole to crawl into. 0

That afternoon, the incident of me viewing explicit images in the Computer Lab, which caused a system crash, became known throughout the school. Girls would avoid me, while boys would pat me on the shoulder and say, "I didn't know you had such tastes; you like thoroughbreds..." 0

My reputation had always been poor, but it was limited to my academic performance. With Wei Ziyang's interference, my reputation was completely ruined. 0

Looking at her smug face, I thought to myself, you forced my hand. 0
