Even though Shinsuke appeared excessively introverted before junior high, the hormones of adolescence made him hold even more naive yearnings for the female students at school than others. From the fourth grade to the third year of the current junior high, he silently fantasized countless scenes of chatting and playing with various girls. Nevertheless, daring acts like forcibly hugging a girl on her way to school, pulling the ribbon from her braided hair, and making her blush and then laughing loudly beside her, which other mischievous boys in the class did, were behaviors he would never dare to attempt in his entire life. This foreign blonde actress struck Shinsuke deep in his heart like a sharp blade. He couldn't help but marvel at the fair and healthy skin, tall and slender figure, and deep eyes of foreign women. Perhaps because he felt inferior about his own small and dwarf-like stature, at that moment, the dark beast in his heart shifted its hunting target and began to fantasize about various encounters with the blonde lady.
Finally, in a classroom, Shinsuke made a shocking move that surprised everyone. Finally, after graduating from high school, strict father Sagawa Akihide decided to send his only son, Shinsuke, who was unsatisfactory in appearance and character, to study abroad. Although both he and Kaiko were unwilling to believe that their son was a pervert, when they connected the dots from previous signs, they became worried that if Sagawa stayed in Japan, he might cause more trouble.
Although Shinsuke appeared emotionless on the surface, he was somewhat pleased inside. On one hand, he could finally escape from his parents' control, and on the other hand, he could finally meet his long-awaited "Grace Kelly." Aren't the blonde, blue-eyed, and graceful women on the streets exactly the physical type he desired?
