This is the real footage of the Armed Police Warrior shooting dead the bully Liu Quanwu.
Liu Quanwu's face was full of flesh, and his eyes gleamed with ferocity.
Over a single tire, he stabbed his fellow villager Liu Laohan to death, leaving his son Xiao Liu severely injured.
In the attempt to capture him, a Criminal Police Captain was also fatally stabbed multiple times on the spot.
He committed numerous atrocities, including murder and arson, injuring several others in the process.
He muttered, "Just a bunch of dogs, always barking. If they annoy me, I won't spare them; I'll kill the dogs."
Ultimately, armed police had no choice but to take him down. But how did this series of tragedies unfold?

On July 12, 2011, a man named Liu Quanwu swaggered into Liu Laohan's repair shop, pushing his motorcycle.
He angrily claimed that he had gotten a flat tire right outside Liu Laohan's shop and insisted that it was Liu Laohan's doing. He demanded that Liu fix it immediately and for free.
Liu Laohan knew full well that he hadn't done anything wrong and realized that Liu Quanwu was just looking for trouble. However, he had no choice but to comply. Liu Quanwu was notorious in the village as a bully; everyone felt intimidated in his presence.
With his tall stature and strong physique, he was a tyrant in the village, often harassing even the elderly women, including an 80-year-old grandmother. He had even killed several neighbor's sows. He avoided any dealings with people, and the village dogs were too scared to bark at him.
Liu Laohan thought to himself, "If you think you can run away after going in there... He relies on his youth and strength, being unreasonable and stirring up trouble everywhere."
He feared Liu Quanwu, so Liu Laohan dared not provoke him. Reluctantly, he began to repair Liu Quanwu's vehicle.
While working on the car, Liu Laohan discovered that the tire was flat due to a broken steel wire in the outer tire. He inadvertently complained about it, but little did he know that this remark would infuriate Liu Quanwu.
Liu Quanwu's eyes widened, veins bulging on his forehead. He rushed forward and slapped Liu Laohan twice.
Seeing his father being attacked, Liu Laohan's son and daughter-in-law quickly ran out. Upon seeing his son, Liu Laohan shouted desperately for him to call the police, which only further enraged Liu Quanwu.
In a flash, he pulled out a knife from his pocket and began stabbing Liu Laohan wildly. When Liu Laohan stood still, blinded by rage, he turned viciously toward Liu Laohan's son.
This terrified Liu Xiaowen; his face turned pale as he turned to flee toward the village clinic. However, he could not escape Liu Quanwu's grasp and was stabbed four times.
Fortunately, the quality of the dagger was poor; during the final stab, it broke inside Liu Xiaowen's body, and thankfully there were no fatal injuries.
From there, they were driven to this point.
However, his father, Liu Laohan, was not so fortunate; he succumbed to his injuries on the spot. Liu Xiaowen was taken to the hospital for treatment. After they called the police, local officer Qi Kaijun arrived at the scene with two auxiliary officers to investigate.
Led by the village chief, they approached Liu Quanwu's home, initially thinking he had fled. But as soon as they reached his doorstep, Liu Quanwu charged out with a sickle in hand, looking furious.
One of the auxiliary officers seized the moment to tackle him from behind but was cut on the wrist by Liu Quanwu's swinging sickle.
Liu Quanwu grew increasingly agitated, even setting fire to the village chief's motorcycle while shouting, "I won't let you all benefit from this."
Seeing that he was a desperate man, they quickly retreated.
They immediately reported the situation at Liu Quanwu's doorstep to their superiors. Soon after, a team of police surrounded Liu Quanwu's house.
Uncertain if Liu Quanwu had already escaped over the wall, the captain of the criminal investigation team, Xu Baomin, led two officers on patrol nearby. To their surprise, within just 40 meters towards the west of the village, Xu Baomin spotted Liu Quanwu.
Instead of drawing his weapon, Xu Baomin calmly attempted to persuade Liu Quanwu to surrender. However, before he could finish speaking, Liu Quanwu charged at him with a sickle in hand.
At that moment, Xu Baomin's flashlight fell to the ground, rendering visibility nearly impossible in the darkness. Liu Quanwu took advantage of the cover of night and struck Xu Baomin multiple times with the sickle. Xu Baomin was unable to evade in time and tragically lost his life.
It turned out that Xu Baomin had previously dealt with Liu Quanwu regarding an incident involving a hammer attack and recognized him. He had hoped to apprehend this criminal suspect through negotiation but never anticipated such madness from him.
The flashlight had fallen, and in that darkness, it was hard to discern what was happening. Even from just four or five meters away, I couldn't see clearly because it was so dark.
To prevent further casualties, the remaining officers and village officials had no choice but to temporarily withdraw and request backup from their superiors.
Soon after, a well-equipped and trained armed police unit arrived on the scene.
However, there were no lighting facilities in the village at that time, making it extremely difficult to locate Liu Quanwu and carry out operations.
Just then, Liu Quanwu climbed onto the roof of his house. Despite this, out of humanitarian concern, the police still hoped he would surrender peacefully.
But Liu Quanwu had no intention of giving up; standing on the rooftop with his sickle raised, he shouted defiantly at the police, "One comes at me, I'll take him down; two come, I'll take down both!" He also began throwing bricks at them relentlessly.
Liu Quanwu's stubbornness and madness were beyond what the police had anticipated.
Initially, the police considered asking Liu Quanwu's parents to persuade him, but they were filled with fear themselves, terrified that their son might kill them too.
Whenever the idea of persuading their son was mentioned, fear washed over their faces, and they shook their heads vigorously. They had lost all hope regarding the mistakes their son had made and dared not remind him of them.
At that moment, many villagers also urged the police to eliminate this menace by any means necessary.
Although Liu Quanwu's parents felt immense pain, they believed that given all the evil deeds their son had committed, he deserved his fate and agreed with the villagers' sentiments.
Seeing that resolving the situation through dialogue with Liu Quanwu was impossible, the command center quickly dispatched a group of officers to divert his attention while another team of armed police stealthily approached his location, ready to apprehend him when he was distracted. However, Liu Quanwu noticed them and hurled a brick at the Armed Police Warrior.
The police shouted warnings at Liu Quanwu, but he did not cease his actions. The commander of the armed police unit then ordered warning shots to be fired.
Upon hearing the gunshots, Liu Quanwu paused for a moment, realizing that the Armed Police Warrior was serious about taking action.
As thoughts of escape crossed his mind, the commander, Shen Jun, considered that if Liu Quanwu fled, he might take hostages or commit further violence. Thus, he ordered his men to open fire.
With two gunshots ringing out, the bully Liu Quanwu fell dead on the spot, prompting applause from the crowd as villagers exclaimed that justice had been served.
In the end, no one could comprehend why Liu Quanwu's temperament was so volatile; all it took was a single tire to unleash a series of heinous acts.
