Immediately, someone in the group started to speak.
"I thought a girl with a nice figure had really joined the group, but it turns out to be another online scammer."

These rich second-generation kids were mostly just looking for fun in the chat group; very few genuinely wanted to find love online. They were simply bored with their smooth-sailing lives and sought some amusement.
But there were indeed some who were serious about dating. Not long ago, the youngest son of the Wang family had been scammed out of over a million while trying to pursue an online romance, only to discover that his partner was a foot-picking brute.

The reasons for joining this chat group were pretty straightforward. Either they wanted to seriously pursue online relationships or they aimed to scam others for money.
However, it was rare for someone like this newcomer to show their face and then disappear without adding anyone as a friend.
"Let’s wait and see. If this newcomer doesn’t speak up in the group soon, we’ll kick her out," said Meat Bun.
The only reason they approved this newcomer’s request was to liven up the atmosphere since it had been a while since anyone new had joined.
But if the newcomer doesn't make a move, why should she continue to stay in the group?
At that moment, a man in a wheelchair sat by the floor-to-ceiling window, gazing down at the city lights. He turned his head, setting aside the financial report in his hands, and picked up the phone resting on the dark leather sofa. After unlocking it, he glanced at the messages on the chat interface and raised an eyebrow.
These people are so idle.
He then noticed a red notification in the friend request section. A newcomer had sent him a friend request?

"Is this newcomer the one you mentioned?"

She went straight for the richest, most influential, and handsome man in the group right off the bat. No wonder she didn't accept their friend requests.
