Inside the gambling hall, there was truly a hidden world.
The layout of this area was completely different from the gambling zone where Du Hengyan usually spent his time. The casino stood in stark contrast to the hotel rooms where guests could relax, creating a peculiar scene. On one side was the bustling and noisy casino, filled with desire and excitement, its lights dazzling and voices clamoring; on the other side were the quiet and comfortable hotel rooms, providing a peaceful retreat for weary souls.
The two sides seemed to gaze at each other like heaven and hell in an eternal cycle.
"Boss Du, the gambling event opens tomorrow. This floor has been specially arranged for you," Ling Yun said cautiously, her tone tinged with a hint of probing.
However, before she could finish her sentence, Du Hengyan interrupted her. "No need; they aren't used to staying in poor accommodations."
The two women looked at each other in confusion.
"Alright, Boss Du," Ling Yun replied, secretly speculating about Du Hengyan's intentions. She assumed his words were merely a refusal, believing he didn't want her to know the whereabouts of his subordinates.
As the elevator doors slowly opened, they were greeted by decorations that could rival even those of a five-star hotel. The brilliant lights and exquisite murals left everyone in awe.
Chi Mu Jiu glanced around and suddenly felt that Du Hengyan's earlier remark might not have been unreasonable after all. Although this place was luxurious, it seemed to pale in comparison to the villa area in Du Hengyan's gambling zone. The opulence and grandeur of the villa area were unmatched here.
The luxury here was more about superficial decoration, while the villa area exuded nobility and elegance from every corner.
"Please feel free to give any instructions you may have. There are other guests at the gambling event, so I won't keep you longer. I hope you understand," Ling Yun said respectfully, a smile on her face but a hint of vigilance in her eyes.
With that, she waved her hand behind her, and several subordinates immediately dispersed to guard various exits on the floor.
Du Hengyan nodded slightly, his deep-set eyes revealing no emotion.
Ling Yun turned to leave, her steps light, the purple gown trailing behind her in a gentle sway.
Even her silhouette was beautiful.
Chi Mu Jiu watched Ling Yun's departing figure, feeling as if that graceful shadow was a fairy from a painting, swaying elegantly and intoxicating all who beheld her.
Hmm? What I saw with the lady was quite different.
Du Hengyan's teasing voice rang in Chi Mu Jiu's ear.
Is that so? Then what did you see?
Chi Mu Jiu withdrew her gaze, only to find Du Hengyan's eyes fixed intently on her.
I saw the ruthlessness of the number one female assassin.

Before Chi Mu Jiu could react, Du Hengyan swept her into the room.
In the spacious suite, only the lights in the hallway and bathroom were on.
Du Hengyan...
She found herself pinned to the sofa, unable to move.
"Wife, you’re not allowed to look at anyone else; you can only look at me—not even other women."
As he spoke, Du Hengyan kissed and embraced her fervently.
"I refuse."
"Refusal is invalid; opposition is futile!"
His tone was impossibly soft, his lips and tongue working tirelessly to explore the sweetness of their tender moments.
"Can I ask for a reprieve tonight?" she struggled to say.
"Sure, whatever my lady says goes!"
Chi Mu Jiu never expected Du Hengyan would actually agree.
He reluctantly pulled away from her lips and wrapped her in his embrace.
"Get a good rest tonight; tomorrow, we still need you to earn money!"
"Does that mean I have a get-out-of-jail-free card?"
Chimu Jiu immediately perked up.
"Hmm?"
He raised an eyebrow.
"Can I touch you however I want?"
The girl’s eyes sparkled as she gazed at Du Hang Yan.
"Last time I touched your chest muscles; today, I want to touch your glutes!"
Du Hang Yan was speechless; her requests were becoming more outrageous by the moment. A hint of helplessness flashed in his deep eyes as he slightly parted his lips, unsure of what to say.
"Just a little touch, come on," Chimu Jiu began to act cute, gently shaking Du Hang Yan's arm.
