"You come back and act so improperly?" Chi Mu Jiu's face showed a hint of reproach, her voice lowered to a whisper. "This isn't a deserted area! How can you say such things so openly in public?"
Du Hengyan smiled gently, his gaze softening as it landed on Chi Mu Jiu. "My dear wife, after not seeing you for a few days, why do you look a bit unwell?"
"Do I?" Chi Mu Jiu instinctively touched her face, feeling a bit puzzled.
Du Hengyan's expression turned tender. "When we get home, I'll make you something delicious; you've lost weight."
Upon hearing this, Chi Mu Jiu's eyes lit up, and the corners of her mouth lifted slightly. "Then I want something spicy."
Du Hengyan frowned slightly at her words, concern lacing his tone. "Have you changed your taste? But you need to take care of your stomach; you can't eat spicy food too often."
Chi Mu Jiu pouted at his response, her small mouth forming a defiant line as she began to touch him. "I want it!"
(Squeeze)
Du Hengyan chuckled helplessly, his eyes filled with affection. "Alright, alright, what my wife says is the decree! Whatever you want, I'll satisfy you."
As her little hands grew bolder, Du Hengyan caught her wrist gently and said softly, "Wife, hold on a bit; let's wait until we're in the car."
Though he said this, he precisely held down the mischievous hand that had found its way onto his backside. It was a case of verbal denial but physical acceptance.
A long procession of luxury cars cruised down the road, each adorned with matching license plates featuring a leopard motif. This spectacle was unprecedented in the entire city, surpassing even the grandeur of the Ye family. Despite the rainy night, other vehicles still traversed the streets, and those who caught sight of this display couldn’t help but be astonished, speculating which business magnate had arrived in town. Some even braved the downpour to roll down their windows and capture this moment on camera.
Inside one of the cars, Chi Mu Jiu playfully pouted, her voice laced with a hint of drunkenness. "Baby, just wait a moment while I change my clothes," she said softly.
Du Heng Yan replied in a low voice, his tone filled with affection. At that moment, he wore a black shirt, the same one he had on two days ago during a mission. Although the explosion hadn’t caused him significant harm—only leaving a long gash on his arm and wrist—the situation had grown complicated and required more time to resolve. Upon learning that Chi Mu Jiu was facing difficulties back home, he rushed over without even changing his clothes or tending to his wound. Fortunately, the mission site was not far from the domestic border, allowing him to arrive just in time.
Du Heng Yan began to unbutton his shirt, one button at a time, revealing his well-defined chest and abs. His bare torso expanded with each breath, exuding strength and vitality. Chi Mu Jiu blinked her eyes, purely savoring this visual feast.
"Have you had enough of the show, little vixen?" Du Heng Yan teased with a slight smirk.
Chi Mu Jiu had expected him to put on a shirt before making any moves, but instead, he suddenly turned to her and pressed her small head against his chest. After a long moment, he released her and gently caressed her face.
"Give me a kiss; I've missed you so much," he murmured.
A passionate kiss surged forth like a tide as Du Heng Yan's lips fervently covered Chi Mu Jiu's. His tongue delicately pried open her lips, exploring every sweet corner of her mouth.
As their lips parted, a glistening strand lingered between them. Du Hengyan let out a soft sigh, "My dear, you smell so sweet."
Feeling satisfied, he released her and slipped on the clothes that had been set aside. "Alright, weren't you going to come for a hug? Come here."
