After sending the message, Wu Rong held Rao Jie tightly and continued to sleep. Wrapped in such a warm embrace, Rao Jie drowsily closed her eyes. After all, last night had been quite a tumult, and her body still ached from it. She had to work later, so she might as well get another hour of sleep.

Nina received the message and smiled helplessly. "Still can't get out of bed." Without any hesitation, she opened the door and walked inside. The house was quiet, and Nina sat down in the living room, pondering what to say when they met.
However, after waiting for quite a while, no one came out. Although Nina felt a bit helpless about it, she was used to this by now. But why hadn’t that woman come out? Wasn’t she living here? Had she already left?
Nina couldn’t help but recall the scene from last night, and an uneasy thought crossed her mind. After waiting for an hour in the living room, her suspicion was finally confirmed.
Wu Rong and Rao Jie emerged from the same room, yawning in succession. Nina took a deep breath and remained silent.
Rao Jie didn’t greet her; after all, Nina had been quite rude to her, so there was no need for her to be polite in return. Wu Rong, however, sat at the dining table and said to Nina, “Didn’t we agree not to disturb my rest time?”
Nina’s expression darkened as she replied, “I came here according to your schedule from Cambridge. How is it that you don’t even follow your own schedule here? Didn’t you say that was the routine that allowed your brain to function properly? It’s already eight o'clock; if you were in Cambridge, you would have started working by now.”
Wu Rong showed no emotion in response to Nina’s criticism; instead, she seemed to take pride in it. “You wouldn’t understand this as a single person.”
Rao Jie, who was preparing breakfast, blushed at Wu Rong's words and shot her a glare. When she glanced at Nina again, she noticed that Nina’s expression looked somewhat displeased.
Nina adjusted her tone and said firmly, “My remaining years are dedicated to mathematics. Smart people don’t need to waste time and energy on such things.”
Wu Rong seemed unfazed by Nina's sarcasm and appeared to think that Nina was simply envious of what she couldn’t have. As Rao Jie brought over breakfast, Wu Rong smiled brightly and turned to Nina. “Have you eaten?”
Nina’s expression softened slightly. “Of course.”
Wu Rong casually asked, "That's great. Just remember to eat before you come to my house next time."
Nina remained silent.
Rao Jie did not join their conversation, quietly accompanying Wu Rong for breakfast. Since it was still early, she took some extra time to prepare a small dessert for their guest. After all, it was a matter of hospitality; even if she didn't particularly like it, it wouldn't be polite to be too dismissive.
However, Rao Jie could clearly hear the voices from outside the kitchen. Sure enough, Nina was talking about their teacher again.
"You must know that I was sent by the teacher to bring you back. He realizes his mistakes, but as a father, he can't bear to see his son in a situation where everyone looks down on him. He wants the best for you because you are his most outstanding student. He believes you can create more for the future of the Mathematics Community. He doesn’t want you to waste your life here. It's not that your current situation is bad; it's just that when it comes to mathematical research and contributing to humanity, it's better to be in a place with the most talent concentrated."
Wu Rong replied nonchalantly, "I think it's great here at Yun Cheng University. I can research freely and choose any topic I want."
