Beibei's Wish

Beibei had a wish, and she asked the drifting Cloud outside the window, "Where can I make my wish come true?"
The Cloud paused beside the window and replied, "Beibei, you’ve come to the right cloud. I am a cloud full of knowledge. I’ve heard that you can make wishes upon a shooting star, but that’s just a superstition; it won’t truly fulfill your wish!"
"I want to try anyway; maybe I can make my wish come true," Beibei insisted stubbornly.
So, Beibei packed her little bag and lay down on the Cloud, setting off with great anticipation to find the stars. The Cloud was soft and warm, and when Beibei awoke on its fluffy bed, she found it was already night. Next to her floated a cute, large round ball emitting a gentle glow, blinking its bright eyes at her.
"Who are you?" Beibei asked curiously.
"I’m the star you’re looking for!" The big round ball rolled around playfully.
It turned out that the Cloud had seen Beibei sleeping soundly and, feeling bored, had chatted with the stars. This big mouth couldn’t keep a secret; the stars already knew that Beibei wanted to see shooting stars to make her wish.
"Beibei, I’m so happy to see you! But unfortunately, it’s not time for our Star Clan to fly," the star said regretfully. However, it quickly thought of a way to help the adorable girl: "Perhaps we can hold a flying competition!"
The first-ever Star Clan flying contest dedicated to helping Beibei fulfill her wish was about to begin. The star gathered its friends to join the competition, and around them, a large group of stars blinked their eyes and radiated a soft glow to cheer them on.
"You sneaky stars! You actually bought Witch Cards and Magic Broomsticks!" The star noticed some friends pulling out Wings while others took out broomsticks, making it so angry that its nose crinkled in frustration. It thought to itself: This star is still upright and honest!
With a bang of a starting gun, the star contestants shot off towards the ground. From afar came the star's voice: "Beibei, remember to make your wish!"
Beibei closed her eyes, and after a moment, she opened them filled with hope, looking around as if expecting something magical to happen.
“Beibei, has your wish come true?” Cloud asked curiously.
“Not yet, but I still want to keep trying!”
“Then let's go to the witch's cottage in the Magical Forest! They say she not only creates Magic Broomsticks but also brews Magic Potions! Those Magic Potions have amazing effects and might just fulfill people's wishes!”

When Beibei woke up again, it was already bright outside. She saw a pair of emerald green eyes looking down at her; it was a Black Cat. Its fur shone with a glossy sheen as it elegantly walked with feline grace, leaping lightly onto the table.
“Sit,” the Black Cat said with an air of superiority.
Cloud, feeling a bit tired from flying for so long, placed Beibei on a swing made of vines and sat cross-legged on a small stump.
“I am the partner of the Magic Witch, Black Cat Lord. Meow, the witch can do anything, of course she can fulfill your wish,” the Black Cat said, lifting its little head proudly. “Our clients come from all directions just to see us. Meow.”
“Excuse me, where is the witch? Can I meet her?” Beibei asked without hesitation, knowing that Cloud must have spilled her information to the Black Cat.
“Meow, the witch is away on business, just wait!” the Black Cat replied impatiently.
Suddenly, a loud voice came from the kitchen: “That little girl, don’t believe this cat; she’s very wicked. The witch’s Magic Potion has side effects.”
“What? Meow!” The Black Cat's expression changed instantly, transforming from a noble and elegant feline into one with fur standing on end. “What nonsense are you talking about, Talking Cauldron!”
“Gurgle, gurgle. Let’s not talk about distant matters; just consider the recent incident. That little Mermaid, after drinking the Magic Potion, not only ruined her voice but ended up turning into foam. It’s said her parents came rushing from the Undersea Palace to capture the witch and feed her to the fish! The siren heard the news early and fled. Leaving you, my dear Silly Cat.” The Talking Cauldron mocked while brewing the Magic Potion.
“Meow, how could that be! I am the beloved Black Cat of the witch!”
While the cat and the cauldron were arguing, Beibei quietly ran up to the Cloud and drifted away.
