As he spoke, the two men in raincoats hurried over, their tall figures visible from afar. The family members were captivated by their presence.
"Can you two handle this? Should I just jump down myself? Do you really think they’ll let you down there?"

Shen Jingyu had already reached beneath the helicopter and was met with the sight of his troublesome fake cousin. He was not one to talk much, but he couldn't hold back this time; some women just thought too highly of themselves after being single for too long!
Mu Beiyao waved his hand and shouted, "What are you talking to your cousin like that for? I'm just trying to help you reunite with someone special! You should be grateful!"
He felt completely justified, unaware that the only ones arriving at this time were military personnel. Shen Jingyu had completely neglected his own business despite the significant losses. Even Mu Beiming, his partner, remained inactive, not daring to act without orders.

Shen Jingyu raised his hand, pinching the bridge of his nose in frustration. It was easier to manage a well-trained team than these women. Then there was the last woman, wrapped up tightly in her raincoat. From a distance, she spotted Rong Xigu's dark face, which looked ominous and frightening.
Lu Xiangyi opened her arms playfully and said with a hint of charm, "Xi Gu Brother, carry me down!"
Rong Xigu's voice was cold as he replied, "No! Stay right there; you're not coming down!"
Lu Xiangyi chuckled, spreading her arms wide as she prepared to jump down. Had she ever not played with parachutes before? Now, in front of the man, she wanted to show off a little, but he didn’t seem impressed. Lu Xiangyi had always relied on her own strength!
Even so, the man below still stood ready, arms outstretched to catch her. "If you’re so capable, don’t catch me!" Lu Xiangyi pouted, a smirk tugging at the corners of her lips, her face radiating pride.
"Get inside!" Shen Jingyu barked coldly, prompting several people to turn towards the command tent.
This area was somewhat isolated, mostly filled with familiar faces. Su Xing didn’t recognize the person who was Rong Xigu’s relative, but he was undoubtedly the highest-ranking leader heading to the front lines this time. The two commanding officers were Rong Xigu and Shen Jingyu.
"Xiang Yi, you’re being reckless! Grandpa is a bit confused right now, and you actually tricked him into bringing you here by helicopter!" Rong Xigu exclaimed, clearly frustrated.
Rong Jin quickly added, "You’ve never said a harsh word to Lu Xiangyi! It’s unbelievable that you’re really angry!"
Su Xing and Mu Beiyao both shrugged their shoulders; it turned out this girl had played a trick to get herself out here.
"Oh Uncle Rong, I want to be with my fiancé! I’ve been a military wife for so long now; I’m not afraid of anything! Wherever he is, that’s where I’ll be!"
Rong Xigu grimaced at her words. "Hmph! If you’re here just for me, then let’s go get our marriage certificate! If not… once we get back, don’t expect an easy life!"
Lu Xiangyi was all too familiar with that threatening look from Rong Xigu.
"Who’s afraid of you? You don’t have time for this! We’ll talk about it later!" Lu Xiangyi was absolutely fearless and lived in the moment!
Meanwhile, Shen Jingyu was already concerned about Su Xing. "Take off your raincoat; are you cold? Did rainwater get in? I can take you to my tent to change into something dry! Do you have spare clothes?"
"Rong Xigu, don’t waste too much time! We need to continue with the deployment! Saving lives is urgent!"
"We don’t need your help!" Mu Beiyao retorted defiantly.
Su Xing nodded lightly in agreement. "We didn’t come here to cause trouble! Right now, saving lives is the priority. You all focus on your work; we can take care of ourselves!"
Shen Jingyu frowned; behind him, the Army Commander had only given a brief reprimand before diving back into work. They couldn’t afford any delays.
In fact, it was inevitable that they would have to compromise!
In the adjacent tent, they were told to make adjustments on their own. Before doing anything, they had to report back!
"Since you’re here, you must follow orders! No acting independently! Otherwise, you’ll just create more trouble for this city!"
Shen Jingyu’s voice was formal and carried an authoritative tone. At that moment, all three women understood the gravity of his words.
The three of them did not continue to disturb the situation. Battling against the increasingly heavy rain, they made their way to another makeshift shelter. Inside, there was only a simple folding bed and some foldable tables and chairs; nothing else had been prepared yet.
This location radiated outwards for a hundred meters, where many soldiers were engaged in disaster relief activities. The downpour did not hinder their efforts; amidst the rain that seemed to be steaming, countless olive-green figures could be faintly seen moving about.
In the sky above, more personnel were continuously descending. They moved with agility, quickly assembling into teams within minutes. Sometimes it was Shen Jingyu who went out to organize and assign tasks, and other times it was Rong Xigu.
The voices over the intercom were constant, directing and coordinating the broader layout of operations here.
"Did we really come here? Are we just adding to the trouble?" Lu Xiangyi thought, surprised by the scene before him.
The tent could not be set up; they couldn’t even prepare food. Fortunately, among the supplies they brought were items that could be consumed quickly, though it was likely that no one had the heart to prepare anything at that moment.
As for medical supplies, a large number of medical teams would not arrive so quickly. Those who had already come were busy saving lives.
