At noon, Liu Ying was organizing her morning discoveries in the office when she suddenly heard hurried footsteps.
"Liu Ying." Su Jinzhi rushed in, his expression grave. "Did you go to Wangyue Tower this morning?"
Liu Ying's heart skipped a beat, but she kept her composure. "Why do you ask?"
"The Imperial Hospital reported this morning that someone saw you in a secret conversation with a man in green at Wangyue Tower." Su Jinzhi lowered his voice. "Lord Zhou has already sent someone to investigate."
Liu Ying set down the documents in her hands and looked at him steadily. "Jinzhi, are you here to warn me?"

"Jinzhi." Liu Ying interrupted him, "There are some things I must do."

Before he could finish, a commotion erupted outside. A Fu rushed in, flustered. "Miss, Lord Zhang has summoned everyone for a meeting to discuss the Qixi calculations."

Just then, a familiar sound of dizi music floated from afar. The melody was melodious and graceful, causing Liu Ying's heart to race. Wasn't that the tune she had just heard at Wangyue Tower?
Su Jinzhi seemed to sense her unease. "That dizi sound... do you recognize it?"

At that moment, a familiar sound of the dizi came from outside the window, closer than before. Accompanying the sound, a white dove flew past the window, and it seemed to have something tied to its wing.
