Book Synopsis
At the age of twenty-five, Gu Qing, a psychology graduate, applied for a position at a mysterious company named "Nightmare," drawn by the promise of a high salary. The company's primary business involved crafting customized nightmare experiences for clients, aimed at relieving stress or treating psychological disorders. As a "Dream Architect," Gu Qing was tasked with entering the dreams of clients and assuming various roles within them.
However, as Gu Qing delved deeper into the job, it became apparent that these nightmares were not randomly generated; rather, they were part of a meticulously orchestrated conspiracy by the company's upper management. The true aim was to manipulate clients' subconscious minds, steal corporate secrets, and even control their actions.
To save herself and the clients being manipulated, Gu Qing realized she needed to awaken within the nightmares and join forces with other conscientious Dream Architects to resist the control exerted by the Nightmare company.
